The Ritz-Carlton Residences At MahaNakhon is a large-scale project developed by Pace Development Corporation, which took 5-year construction and completed in 2016.

Location and Transportation
The Ritz-Carlton Residences At MahaNakhon is located at 92 Narathiwat Ratchanakarin Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok. The project is on Narathiwas Ratchanakarin Road, which connects Silom Road and North-South Sathon Road. So, the location allows entrance and exit from both directions. You can also get access to the project by the Green Line and the Blue Line SkyTrain. Because of a convenient location, you can visit the project by both private cars and public transportation.

If you want to get to the project by car, the main route is Narathiwat Ratchanakarin Road. The other two main roads to the project are Silom Road and Sathorn Road. To get there from Silom Road, head to the southeast to Soi Silom 9 for about 250 meters, you will find the project's location. But if you come from Sathorn Road, head west along South Sathorn Road. Then, turn right into Soi Sathorn 10 for about 280 meters before turning right again into Soi Silom 9 about 75 meters, you will find the project's location.

If you prefer to travel by Skytrain, the nearest BTS station is Chong Nonsi Station, the Green Line.

A Landmark Residence + Giant Soup Bowl Bathtub!

If you're looking to live like a king, this place is definitely for you. Not only is it located in an accessible location, it's also located within the iconic Mahanakhon building. The units are grander than you can imagine with spectacular views of the city. My favourite room in the unit must be the bathroom with marble walls and floorings-- not to mention the giant soup bowl bathtub right in the centre!

Ritz Carlton is not only the most impressive tower in Bangkok, its also one of the best luxury investment projects in town with high occupancy rate. The quality of the units there is amazing, from roof to floor. hight ceiling, perfect lighting, big windows everywhere, incredible marble bathrooms, open over view on the city or the river.

It is a World Class luxury room, which I am very impressed that I have chosen to buy a room in a condo. Many things meet the needs of living in the city as well. The project's common area is beautifully designed and has many facilities such as the swimming pool, a fitness room, a yoga center, and a theater room. There is also a lounge on the 54th floor that impressed me the most as it provides privacy to the residents. It also offers a 360-degree Bangkok city view. For the parking lot, we can park 2 cars privately, which is ok and very convenient for people with their cars. This place is ok with me, and not disappointed at all to buy a room in this condo.

Just seeing from the building's exterior, I'm not surprised how attractive the interior is. The tall building is outstanding in the prime area of a business district of Bangkok. Conveniently located near Chong Nonsi BTS, and next to Mahanakhon CUBE shopping mall. The Ritz-Carlton Residences is a luxury project that many people could dream of that serves all residents' convenience. They can enjoy a city-view swimming pool, a gym, a library, and a lounge. The room, decorated with furniture from leading brands, is spacious, clean, and safe. It seems like the project has already targeted the clients' group as it's quite pricey. If I have a chance, I will definitely get it.

The condo is excellent; it is located in the business center, near Chong Nonsi BTS, Lumpini Park, Chulalongkorn Hospital, and many shopping centers. The condo design is outstanding and very high. The interior is elegantly decorated. Excellent facilities include a movie theater, lounge, fitness room, swimming pool, and more. The rooms are different from 2 to 5 bedrooms, fully furnished. The price is very attractive. I really like it.

Modern condo with complete facilities. Plus, the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. If anyone is looking for a condo to invest in, I recommend investing here because it is very close to Chong Nonsi BTS, Siam Paragon, and Central World, just a few minutes. The atmosphere is also nice. If you buy to live or rent it out, it is very worthwhile. Also, it is surrounded by shops, convenience stores, and other places like Pratunam Market.

The building design is beautiful and elegant. It is called the most luxurious and extravagant project in Thailand. I think it's expensive, but when compared with high-class quality, it's super worth it. It is a 5-star hotel service conveniently located and easily accessible. The facilities are complete, including a movie theater, a gym, the sky pool, and the sky lounge. It is suitable for both investing and living.
