I rent a one-bedroom unit in this project at an affordable price. The room comes with full furniture. The design is not luxurious but simple and functional. The project has been kept clean. The project is in the Kasetsart University area, where you can find food at a reasonable price. Overall, I am very satisfied with this place.
A new condominium project under construction from AP Thailand company. Amazing facilities designed which the pool is set on the 44th floor, the highest floor that comes with a gym, overlooking a wonderful scenery while exercising and swimming. The location is also easily accessible, 11 meters close to Ha Yaek Lad Phrao BTS and far from Phahon Yothin MRT, only 600 meters. After viewing the project, the project entrance will be only the problem because it's too narrow. However, it won't bother people who don't own cars. I think it will give the best yield in the future.
I've been here for over a year now. The main reason for buying a room here is the location, which is close to Chatuchak Park, Central Ladprao, and Union Mall. Also, it's not far from Mo Chit BTS Station and Chatuchak Park MRT station. It's easy to get around without using a private car. My room is a one-bedroom room, decent size, complete furniture. The security system is in charge for 24 hours, plus floor-locked elevators. I appreciate that the common area is well-kept during the Covid time.
I've been renting a studio room here for about a month now. The room is a good size, not too small. The proportion of the room is perfect. All equipment and utensils are provided. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is on the 6th floor. If it was moved to the rooftop, it should add value to this place quite well. Also, I like this place's location because it is close to Phahon Yothin MRT and Central Ladprao, very convenient!

Not disappointed with the project here because it is easy to travel. Also, there is a full range of facilities. There is a sky lounge in the common area where you can sit and watch the view and have a party. If you want to use the meeting room or ask for the equipment, you can tell the staff. They are very helpful. The safety system in the project is of an excellent standard. I like to use the rooftop gym because there are modern equipment and sufficient for the number of residents. For this area, if traveling by car is more convenient but using public transport, it is recommended to take the Ratchayothin BTS in front of the project. Overall, I think it is convenient—worth the price paid with the excellent quality condo in the heart of Bangkok.
Lovely condo suitable for who don't have a private car

It's one of the condos that meets the needs or urban lives like me. The project is located near the Phaholyothin BTS station, making it easy to travel to work and not tired of traveling when coming back from work. I could take the rest comfortably and decided to buy it. The location is good and suitable for the price paid. Inside the room includes a bedroom with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is fully furnished. Although the room is small, there are cabinets and shelves. It meets my needs because I love to collect things, allowing us to keep things tidier. Also, I love to use the swimming pool and a fitness room on the rooftop. The atmosphere in the evening is very relaxing. The view is beautiful. As for using a private car, I think it's not suitable here because it is very traffic jam. It's not recommended to use a private car. You'd better use public transport, which is much more convenient and not tired too.
