The exterior of the building looks a bit old, but this condo has complete facilities. The receptionist took good care of us. The housekeeper comes to change the bedsheet once a week. The restaurants have a variety of foods. I rented this condo for 6 months. My one-bedroom, fully furnished, is very spacious with 70 sq.m. Just one thing, the juristic person works very slowly. My water heater was broken, and I was waiting for the technician for 3 days. Overall it is good, close to Patong Beach and Soi Bangla with convenient transportation. You can rent the motorbike with a rental fee of around 150 per day.
