The Beach House is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy the private Jacuzzi on the terrace, sunbathe and read your favourite book on the upper Mezzanine level or simply enjoy the spectacular views of neighbouring islands from the comfort of your sofa.
The 2-3 bedroom house features an open plan living-dining-kitchen area that leads directly onto the terrace with a private Jacuzzi just metres from the sea.
An upper Mezzanine level ‘moon terrace’ is the perfect place to star gaze, and can also be used as a third bedroom.
The Beach House is beautifully furnished and ready to live in. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with twin basins. Bedroom two has a king-sized bed and high vaulted ceiling. Both bedrooms are equipped with fans and air-conditioning.
Bathrooms feature full GROHE accessories and rain showers, while the kitchen is equipped to top western standards with oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher.
The dining table comfortably seats 6 and is also set under a vaulted ceiling. The living room features a 47” flat-screen TV, Satellite TV channels, surround sound DVD speakers and High Speed Wi-Fi throughout. There is a separate TV area on the Mezzanine level.
Foreign nationals can own the building (villa) in their own name but not the land that it stands on.
Foreign nationals cannot own land in Thailand. The options in which a foreigner can control the land are via a 30-year lease or by purchasing the land through a Thai company.
