Land in North Pattaya. six rai close to Wat Sawang Arom.This is near the corner of Route 7, the main Bangkok to Pattaya Highway, and Route 37, the turnoff to Rayong.  The land is fairly close to the Regents School, a large international school in north Pattaya.  It has road access both sides, to the south via a drive way, and in the north the plot abuts the tarred road.  To the east is a developed plot of around ten large houses and to the left is just arable land.
