Newly resort opened in 2018/19.The resort features some nice facilities such a big common pool, fitness, sauna, a restaurant with Thai and Italian cuisine. Rooms are clean, nice staff at the reception, always happy to assist. Great location, closed to Bangtao Beach, Laguna area, Boat Avenue, Central de Porto. For the party people, Catch Club, the famous beach club is les than 7 minute drive from there.

Been at the project quite a few times if your time giving me a relaxing atmosphere everything is very well maintained and Dion side restaurant is very nice and homey... It's also with walking distance to BangTao beach where there is a lot of local restaurants and hang out places

It's the new property near Bang Tao Beach, which has recently been completed. The building is beautifully designed in a diamond-shaped. The project is decorated with quality furniture and materials. There are 3 types of rooms starting from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Importantly, there is a rental program in which the project guarantees a 7% return for 3 years. It's a nice offer for investors who want to buy a property for renting out. Well, I'm one of them, so I had a chance to view the project and find information before deciding to buy it. I intend to use the place as a holiday house during my stay in Thailand and open as a rental room while returning to Germany. I think this option is interesting for foreigners who mainly live in other countries and wanna buy property in Thailand. I believe this property is the right choice because it's near the community, Bang Tao Beach, Layan Beach, Beach Club, Laguna Golf Club, Porto de Phuket, which is a shopping venue for shops and restaurants, to meet all the needs of all lifestyles. There are many facilities in common areas such as swimming pools, fitness, shuttle service, etc. About the service and security system here, they are similar to hotel standards with a reliable security system. Overall, the factors make it easier for me to decide to buy this place.

Beautiful condominium project in Bang Tao area with a very attractive return on investment provided. The scenery around the project is magnificent, and the staff is friendly. Besides, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the project offers a free shuttle bus service to the beach and shopping nearby. The pool is large. This condo is a good place to stay with complete facilities, close to the beach and restaurants, very convenient, perfect for relaxing.

I bought a 1-bedroom here at a reasonable price. It is a spacious room, elegantly decorated with good built-in-furniture. There are full facilities within the project, including the swimming pool, which is very long. The gym also has a lot of new equipment. The project has just been completed, so everything here looks new and clean. Good location near Bang Tao beach and not difficult to find food at all.
