    Some units need renovation with wooden floors and outdated furniture. However, the building and finishing material is high quality and last long. The location is perfect as it's is within walking distance to Boat Avenue and shopping center and 3 mins drive to Laguna. Cons: the villa's floor plan is no really suitable for family with small kids as each room of the villas are separated where you have to go outside of the building to access each room, and not much garden space as well.

    2 minute walk to shopping at boat avenue and central outdoor mall. 10 minute walk to the beach. Great security and privacy makes this the perfect place to live long term or rent short term for a holiday. Land plot sizes vary from good to very large. Prices for sale seem to depend on size of land plot and if the property has been rennovated.

    Sai Taan is one of "go to" places for experienced and wealthy expats in Phuket for more than 10 years, its been one of the 1st villa estates on the island in the lixury segment and stays a standard till today. The area around is unique as it is waling distance to the Bangtao beach, it is right on the border of Laguna (the most european area in Phuket), around there is a Boat Avenue - the bigeets restaurant and shopping high-bar area in Phuket. And the new Porto de Phuket venue by Central group just added the new value to the area with eco-friendly and healthy life-style shoppings and interactions. Villa itself represents the standard layout of the estate with a fresh renovation. High security standards, full privacy and peace of min.

    The best place to stay in Phuket for the whole big family! We came here for a group of 3 couples with 2 kids, and the villa can accommodate us comfortably. Such a huge villa! Every room has a bathroom, and in the middle of the house is the pool with a jacuzzi. The pavilion beside the pool is perfect for chilling, talking, and drinking. Inside the house is a large area. There is a Western kitchen corner, living room, and a high ceiling. The staff gave an excellent service. Plus, only 5 mins drive to the beach. There aren’t many tourists and it's entirely private. I would like to suggest you go in the evening before the sunset; then you will see an unbelievable view from the beach. Furthermore, the neighborhood is full of many restaurants and bars. Also, many shops along the street, and you can get everything that you want. I will definitely be back here!
