My boyfriend and I love it! It's a romantic place to stay and spend precious time with the people you love. What I like best is the Jacuzzi on our balcony because it is very beautiful and private. The service is excellent and conveniently located in front of Patong Beach near Bangla Road. It's only a few steps to go to many places in Patong such as, shops, restaurants, and nightlife venues at the famous and well-known Bangla Road. I love to hang out every night. Also, our accommodation is very close. You can walk back to your place, very comfortable. OMG! It's a really great condo in my mind, and many different room types are available to choose from at a very competitive price. I'd recommend The Charm as the luxurious condo option in Patong.

Luxury condominium project in the Kamala area. There are complete facilities such as 4 large swimming pools, a restaurant, and a spacious parking space with a 24-hour front desk. It is suitable for relaxation and as a second home because the atmosphere is quiet. Of course, it's worth the investment. It would attract a lot of attention from foreigners seeking a peaceful living for sure.

Condos here are available in the hotel section (hotel managed). The staff and services are very good. The common area includes a swimming pool, on-site restaurant, fitness center, and the rooftop has a beautiful viewpoint. The room has a nice spacious balcony and is designed to be proportionate. The bathroom also uses excellent and quality bathtub materials. It is fully furnished. On the downside, I think the gym has little equipment and not enough for the residents. Anyway, getting to the condo is quite confusing because the entrance is very small. The project is near Kalim Beach and about 1 kilometer from Patong Beach.

The friendly staff pays attention to every detail, and they warmly welcomed me, giving a sense of the service-minded. The project's location is calm, private, and not chaotic, situated amid nature on the hill with a beautiful view. It allows me to relax fully. Besides, I have visited a wonderful beach like Freedom Beach, which is not far from the condo. I have sunbathed, swimming in the sea, and admire the serene blue sea nature. I am very impressed! The project offers many special services, whether it is a spa, yoga, a wellness program, which is very good. There is also a shuttle service to Phuket Town. It is all-in-one. I would recommend it. If anyone is looking for luxury accommodation with a special service here, Absolute Twin Sands will be the perfect and excellent place then.

The location is also considered ok as it is close to the beach. I just reserved a room for this project last month at a low price as it's an off-plan project with convincing promotions provided. There is a guarantee of 7% for 15 years as well. More importantly, I do not have to pay for the fund, water, and maintenance fees. Excellent!!! The project has all the facilities. My favorite spot is the rooftop pool, opening to a full view of Patong Beach. The room I reserved is a 1 bedroom unit, comes in a decent size, and not crowded. It is decorated with attractive modern furniture. It takes less than 2 kilometers from Patong Beach.

We stayed here for 3 weeks. My family and I booked in 3 bedrooms. The room is vast, airy, and fully furnished. The place is in excellent condition and ready to use. Many on-site facilities include the rooftop swimming pool overlooking the sea and mountain views and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful as always. The other common areas and bathrooms are clean. But the drawback is to walk up many steps, which is not suitable for older people. They can be tired. The wifi is slow sometimes. The price is reasonable. The location is excellent, next to Kalim beach and going to Patong beach is easy. There are many shops and restaurants around the area. I would like to recommend it for anyone who wants to relax.

Not far from Patong Beach and about 5 minutes to Patong Center. The project is an 8-story building with complete facilities. The rooftop has a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a shuttle bus to the beach. The staff here are lovely and welcoming. The interior of the room is wide, decorated in the condo-style. There are a small kitchen corner and a bedroom, very cold air conditioner. But unfortunately, the TV is outside the bedroom, making it difficult to watch.

I love the project's facilities as well. The location is also nice on the Kamala hills so that you can admire the sea view. It's incredible. If you want to find restaurants or shops, it's not far at all. There are plenty. Oh! The villa has not been completed yet. It gives me sometimes to decide.

The project is near to Kamala Beach and under construction. I think it will be a fantastic project when it’s completed because it’s situated in a good location. The spacious balcony offers a distant garden and sea views. The common area is provided with a variety of facilities. Condos in Phuket are definitely suitable for investment and good value. It’s very convenient for traveling and not far from Patong. Also, it takes only 30 minutes to Phuket Town.

My room is on the 6th floor and has a great view, sighted scenery of the pool and garden in the area. The service staff is very good, and I can request the housekeeping service anytime. However, there are many customers during the high season taking the services, so there is no private space, and it's quite busy. Fitness equipment is relatively few and sometimes not enough for the users. Overall, I think it's worth the price paid. The condo isn't far from the market and Jungceylon shopping mall. It is only about 2 kilometers from Patong Beach.

I highly recommend this place for any party animals like me because here, you can find a nice beach club, drinks, pool parties, and many more 24/7. Also, The location is superb as it is in the Patong area, the well-known street in Phuket. You can find various options for restaurants, massage parlors, and shops, which is very convenient. You can also take only a few steps to Bangla road where you can find so many pubs and bars, don’t miss it! It was so much fun there. I would say this place is a paradise for party people. Speaking of the room, we stayed in the studio room, which is so spacious with high-standard furniture. It also comes with electric applicants you need, such as a fridge, microwave, and television. The balcony is super large; you can find a bathtub. Luckily. I took a bath bomb with me, which made me enjoy the bath time even more. The staff here are nice and friendly. For those who want to want a peaceful holiday, this is the place that you’re not looking for, but for those who like to party. I would say that this place is AMAZING!

I'm telling you, there's no word but beautiful! I bought a 1 bedroom condo, decorated in a vintage style, giving a sense of sweetness and warmth. The condo atmosphere is pleasant. I love the pool here because it is on the rooftop, overlooking a beautiful sea and mountain views. There are also sunbeds in the pool area and pavilions for relaxing in the middle of the pool. As for the service, the staff serves an excellent service and provides a secured security system, which is very private.

I visited the mocked-up room, and I love it very much from the location, the design, direction of the building facing Patong Beach. You can also choose to have a sea view or garden view room. The kitchen is well proportioned, including a bedroom, a kitchen, a living area, a balcony, a private swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. The place is so private and suitable for a stay. Plus, it's worth investing because the project guarantees a return from the rental program in a period of 15 years. You can get up to 7%! Worth buying for living and for renting out.

It definitely makes me feel relaxed. The room I reserved is a 2-bedroom pool villa with beautiful decoration and a comfortable look. The minor problem is that it is difficult to get around, as you have to drive up and down the hill. The route might be a bit curvy, but I think it's worth going for an unbelievable view. It's not far from beautiful beaches such as Kamala Beach, Surin Beach, and Patong Beach. It's also not far from department stores. There are only 15 units in the project, giving you the utmost privacy and is very suitable for anyone who wants to relax. Now, I can't wait to stay here.

The condo is near Patong Beach within 5 kilometers. You can also ride a motorbike around Patong comfortably.
