The worth investing project with beautiful and stylish style

It is a new off-plan project and expected to be completed in 2 years. I plan to invest in this project, and it is suitable for a vacation rental. I have a chance to explore the area. This neighborhood is quite okay, surrounded by numerous bars and luxury hotels. However, it may be far from shopping centers and Phuket Town. Somehow, the project has complete facilities and offers both sea and mountain views !!

I have visited the property 10 times and I'm still impressed by the service level and showroom quality. The project is part of a larger masterplan and offers reciprocal benefits to the owners. Located in the heart of Kamala and only minutes away from the beach. Cafe Del Mare, HQ Beach Club and the Intercontinental beach club are just footsteps away.

I visited the sales office located in Kamala the location is amazing as its beachfront with a beach club HQ downstairs, definitely a prime location for a nice cocktail to watch the sunset! The staff were lovely and made sure I was taken care of, the showrooms gave me a feel of a paradise getaway with a mix of modern and tropical decor. Definitely a must visit!

After viewing the sales gallery, I found it to be another very interesting project. I like this place's location as it’s by Kamala Beach, the calm and quiet beach compared to other beaches in Phuket. It’s also close to the famous beach club, “Cafe Del Mar” for an evening party. Speaking of the accommodation, it comes with a luxurious design. By the way, there are only two types of rooms, which are the studio and one-bedroom units. The facilities are complete, including the gym and restaurant, so convenient!

A 5-star luxury project located in the Kamala area between a 5-star hotel, InterContinental Phuket Resort, and Cafe Del Mar. Beautiful design with a livable and quiet atmosphere. Luxurious and gorgeously decorated. Worth the price. The common area completely covers a swimming pool and a restaurant for 24 hours.

MGallery Residences is a project that I decided to book at the beginning of 2020 because I wanted a villa close to nature, both the sea and the mountains. It matches what I want. The project is located in the area with mountains, lakes, and sea views from the west-side. It is close to Kamala Beach, Surin Beach, and Patong, the famous Phuket tourist destination with folding bars, restaurants, and many fun places. The project's common area is a full facility of a 5-star hotel, including a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, yoga, etc. Overall, it is a beautiful condo providing high privacy and suitable for an extended vacation in the summer. When I need the tranquility, the location is worth the price for me who wants this condo style.

Luxurious condominium in a resort-style with stunning sea view and mountain ranges. The project is still under construction, but it is expected to be completed in 2021. The common area has complete facilities such as a lake, a swimming pool, a playground, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a sauna, a pool bar, a Natura Trail, a jogging track, and a restaurant opening 24 hours. More importantly, there is a rental program suitable for investment.

I have visited MGallery Residences, MontAzure Lakeside. The structure is beautiful, and the design looks great. Also, this project is surrounded by a garden decorated with beautiful trees. We can deeply feel the care of the project that creates an atmosphere to be livable. The villa interior is decorated elegantly, and the floors are finely wood floors. I love it so much, and I decided to reserve 1 room and expect it to be completed in 2023.
