this sort of exclusive, artsy place feels really different from all other condos, at least in the area of on nut. it's in a very quiet alley, with quaint restaurants, a couple of small nice hotels, nature and silence. the property is extremely well-maintained and the developer is well known for its quality, sound construction and attention to details. three minutes by foot to lotus (30-45seconds by free golf cart ride), 1 minute by foot to seven eleven. easy connection to highways. this condo has only been leased for 2 years so relatively new and fully equipped with all the electrical appliances needed. last tenant was an english couple for a 2-year lease term, worked for international school nearby. they left bkk and returned to their hometown after having a baby. i live here and i selected this condo especially for its management team. i had lived before in a building developed by the same developer and i wanted to find the same management approach. personally i prefer “rigid” methods rather than flexible ones. at least you know that rules will be respected and you won’t encounter any surprise. elio dal rey is well managed, safe, well maintained. in bangkok many buildings have flexible security, meaning that anyone can do anything. here it’s not possible. (which is better). pool, gym and library are spotless and modern. the common garden is a real urban forest where you will hear birds singing. apartments are well organized, especially the one bedrooms. i bought here a flat and i am so happy i found this hidden gem.
