w market, soi pride 2, cielo sky bar on rooftop, many local restaurants, 7 eleven, wine bars, sky train, great pool, well laid out rooms, secure, 6 elevators some being set aside for lower floors and some for upper floors, clean, very polite door staff and reception staff, quiet...really just a great place to live...easy to navigate your way around bangkok...love it

the project is located in the sukhumvit area with full facilities, such as sukhumvit hospital, department stores, schools, hangouts, etc. it's still under construction indeed, but it is very luxurious, seeing from the showroom unit and photos. the common area is probably the most impressive. unlike projects that are typically made to appeal to the younger generation, this one is actually made to allow for activities in the common area for people of all ages, including children and the elderly. moreover, there are 5 types of rooms available. recommendable for large families seeking a residence in the city's center.

i am thai and just moved back to thailand a week ago. i moved here because my husband likes and fascinates thailand a lot, so we were looking for a house that matches our desires until we found this one. it looks nice, modern, and minimal but remarkable. the first time i saw this house, i was so impressed. i felt like i was in paris because of the style designed by the developer. i like the double volume design in the living room. crucially, this project is near many facilities like hospitals, schools, shopping malls, bts stations, restaurants and convenience stores.

nice facilities, the staff was friendly, amazing rooftop with spectacular views and a prime location. very nice.

you should consider that on the right side there is a massive secondary school campus with football field and swimming pool right behind. highly inflated price considering that there is constant disturbance from the busy school. not to mention the traffic.

the project is not far from the on nut bts station. it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the station, but you can take a motorcycle taxi instead. there is also a free shuttle bus service at the project. also, opposite the project is a small community mall with restaurants, coffee shops, and a 7-eleven, making life more convenient. the project's living environment is peaceful and lush with greenery. i'm really impressed here. the materials used in the overall project are standard, and although it has been nearly 5 years, everything is still in perfect condition. on the roof of the project, there is also a swimming pool and fitness center for residents.

the location of the project is excellent. good environment, quiet, and next to khlong phra khanong. architecture is a hit. there is a full range of facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness, parking and shuttle bus, etc. the 1-bedroom type at 36 square meters is functional and fully equipped. even though the room is not very big, space is allocated very well.

perfect place near on nut bts station and has a shuttle service there, very convenient for the residents or easy to find motorbike taxis or taxi meters in front of the condo. the room itself is beautifully designed with a light-tone color in a resort-style. i can cook whatever kind of food in our close kitchen, which is very convenient. nice swimming pool with a green environment and the fitness offers a canal view. it’s all good. amazing!!!
