It is a small condo with an affordable rental price. It is suitable for long term rental. The room is not very big but not too narrow, decorated and equipped furniture and built-in wardrobes, increasing space and tidy. My room comprises a balcony and a sliding door conveniently close and open to receive the fresh air outside. The common area is like a normal condo, consisting of a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and a security system with the key card. Also, there is a guard who takes care of the safety of the residents 24 hours.

Another condo with a reasonable price in a central location of Chiang Mai. Approaching distance near Kad Suan Kaew in 10 minutes, super convenient! My room is a 1-bedroom unit, clearly divided with simple decoration. It's quite similar to other condominiums with a gym and a pool, quite convenient! This is an interesting option for those who are looking for a condo in the Nimman area at a low price.

The project is located in an excellent location, very perfect in the Nimman area, close to Maya shopping mall. Convenient for both living and traveling. It's a small condo with a very high-security system. The room is fully furnished, and the hot water system works well.

I am a Chiang Mai resident who has rented The Nimman by Palm Springs for several months. I Still haven't found any problems that bother me. Overall, the project location is good, not defective at all. The facilities are well-equipped, and the room interior is beautiful and very cozy. Also, everything in the room is of good quality and is conducive to everyday life, whether it is kitchen utensils, bathrooms, or furniture. All are complete. Besides, the common area is also good, and the security system is excellent. There is CCTV and key card access. Moreover, the swimming pool is quite modern such as a saltwater system, a fitness center, and a garden. Regarding the project location close to the city and a few minutes from shopping malls, it is quite comfortable and convenient.
