To get to the project by car, start from Chiang Mai - Lampang superhighway. Drive straight past Nimman intersection and continue for 280 meters. Then, turn right onto Suk Kasem Road for about 300 meters, and turn left onto Nimmanhaemin Road Soi 6. Continue for 110 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take Exit 1 to drive onto Nimmanhaemin Road Soi 6 for 150 meters; you will find the project on the left.

We have stayed here for 1 year. The condo location is good and convenient for daily life. There are both on-site restaurants and a convenience store. The condo staff serves good services and excellently helps the residents. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and have a balcony overlooking the pool view. The neighbors are also friendly. It is regretful as it is near the airport. During the daytime, if we don't close the door at the balcony, we will hear the airplane's sound all the time. But personally, there is no problem at all because I became used to the sound of it. Living comfortably!!

A condo in a friendly environment in the heart of the Nimman area. The neighborhood is crowded by teenagers as the area is filled with chic restaurants and modern bars. The project facilities include a swimming pool, a garden, parking, and security guards in charge for 24 hours. They are so polite and helpful. The exterior is marvelous, while the interior is decorated according to European standards. The room is spacious, and space is allocated quite well.

I’ve been renting this place for almost a year. The location is perfect as it is in the city center, making it pretty easy to travel anywhere. There are many shops, restaurants, and chic cafes in the Nimman area, and there is also a famous department store like Maya Chiang Mai. Also, here it is near the airport, there might be a little noise, so It’s not recommended for those who love peace. The room I stayed in is a one-bedroom room which is well-decorated in modern style. The condition of this condo still looks new as it’s well-maintained. The staff always keeps the common area clean. In my spare time, I usually read books on the terrace by the swimming pool, which makes me so relaxed. For those who want to work out, there is also a fitness center here that is fully-equipped. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is searching for a condo in the Nimman area. The price is also reasonable, judging from its quality.
