i chose to invest in a room here because of its excellent location in the heart of the trendy nimman neighborhood, surrounded by a variety of facilities and numerous well-known restaurants. it's close to shopping malls like kad suan kaew, one nimman, and maya lifestyle shopping center. the project provides a high level of privacy, with only 68 units in the complex, and the common area includes a swimming pool, fitness center, and garden. the only thing i don't like about this place is the small parking lot. however, if you are not serious about using a private car here, public buses are also an option.

i lived here for the first year it was open. super peaceful building, clean modern environment with top notch facilities. right in the middle of nimman and old city - easy access to everywhere.
