i bought 2 condos from these peoples new projects heartache and pain dealing with them i had many issues with room quality and neglect once deposit taken, my advice buy from private seller here, as you will be adorned with cheap fittings sub quality room finishings, cabinetry fittings are fair to good, the common area upkeep is of high standard, as private owner i have taken time to refit and supply the quality to the rooms this development deserves the chinese quaility fittings is sub standard, if you buy from the developers take the bare option just with cabinetry, and tiling, buy your own kitchen/bathroom fittings low cam fees is good as the working class live this area hence no pool nor gym costs, overall the layout and common area maintenance is very clean

the villa has a very big garden, the pool has special tile, which give a beautifull color. the kitchen has blue pearl granite and white color. each room has air condition and a nice entertainment room. first floor has 4 bedroom - some with balcony - all has walk in closet and bathroom. master bathroom with high quality of jacuzzi and double shower etc high quality
