It is a luxury detached housing project designed in a modern and beautiful style, suitable for those who love luxury and look good. Of course, I really like it. The project is set in the potential area of Doi Saket, close to many tourist attractions in Chiang Mai, such as Wiang Kum Kam, Warorot Market, and others. Since the project is close to the main road, it is very convenient. Also, it is surrounded by a whole round of convenience in one place. Life here is so comfortable. Moreover, you can assure that it is safe because there is an excellent security system and the guards always check the residents' and non-residents' cards strictly, very good.

I had a chance to stay with my relatives in this village. The house with 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 parking is very modern and nice. I love that the common area is huge with indoor and outdoor space for recreation such as a swimming pool, a gym with numerous equipment, a sauna, and a garden for family activities. Plus, there are tennis and basketball courts for sports lovers. The security systems meet the standard. There are guards, working 24 hours, making me feel safe. The property is not far from Lotus, Makro, and Big C and convenient to travel.
It is a beautiful village, calm and peaceful.

I've moved here for over a year. I think the village environment is extremely calm and clean, but in summer it is quite hot. Fortunately, the project has many trees and is quite shady. Thus, making the atmosphere good all year round. The villa that I live in is a 2-story detached house with 3 bedrooms designed in Thai style combined with modern style perfectly. There is also a small private swimming pool. I think it is suitable for a large family. My wife chose this location because it was easy to travel around and not as a traffic jam in the city.

I am renting a house in this village. The price is inexpensive and very worthwhile because it has a large 3 bedroom single house with 155 square meters in area. There is also a house area for planting trees and gardening as well. I have a dog. I like it because there is space for pets to run around. The structure of the house is still strong and not yet encountered any leakage problem. Besides, the project also has various facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, tennis court, and basketball court. This project has a very wide area, but you don't have to worry about safety because there is a CCTV camera installed with 24-hour supervision and a key card system for entering the village. For food, do not worry. There are many restaurants around the village. After driving a little, we have already found Som Tam and Shabu restaurants.
