A house that is more than a house

A good project and a place to stay that every time you come back to feel at home. My Thai husband and I often go to Bangkok and Chiang Mai because my husband's family is in Chiang Mai. My husband and I decided to buy a 3 bedroom house in Chiang Mai as a vacation home. The village surrounding is surrounded by beautiful trees and along the path is a park and a lake of the project. The project atmosphere is potential, and this place doesn't just have a good atmosphere, but the facilities within the village are also fully equipped, such as a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse. Besides this, the village is also complete with a quiet location, good neighbors, and strict security. I'm not disappointed that I bought a house here.

It is a 2-story spacious house project, 2 car parking spaces available. The first time I moved in, there is a beautiful garden decoration. There is a well-maintained common area, including a large swimming pool and communal gym (jogging tracks and spin bikes). Besides, there is a vast reservoir and park to jogging and running in the evening. In general, I was impressed, but it is far from the city. It will be inconvenient for those who are working in the city. It's 20 minutes from Chiang Mai City.
It's such a place that gives me a clear definition of 'home.'

It's such a place that gives me a clear definition of 'home.' I love everything here because it is very spacious with simple decoration. There is no furniture package provided, but that's good because I want to decorate by myself. The garden has a pavilion, a favorite spot for everyone in my house. The communal pool is clean, and the guards work well. The project is about 13 kilometers away from the project, but it's not a big deal because I don't need to get there every day.

I bought a house in this project for 3 years now. The house here is very wide. It is a two-story detached house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The construction and systems meet standards. The parking can accommodate 2-3 cars. The project's facilities are also available, such as a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a gym, and a garden. You don't have to worry about cleanliness because the staff takes good care of it. It also has CCTV cameras and security systems for 24 hours. Traveling by car is the most convenient way. There are many shops and restaurants around the project, don't worry.
