The company was founded by acquirring a small housing project and renamed as “Ornsirin 1” with a starting capital of 10 million Baht. With in only one year, the company was able to close the first housing project sale. - 2006

2007 – 2009 During these years, Thailand’s property boom has benefited our company’s sales revenue. The sales was gradually increased and the company developed another project; Ornsirin 2.

2010 – 2011 The Company expanded exponentially; 5 projects (namely Ornsirin 3, Ornsirin 4, Ornsirin 5, Ornsirin Townhome 1 and The Next Condominium 2) where our first townhouse project and condominium project were launched during these years. The company’s sales revenue started to grow steadily.

2012 The company increased the registered capital to 500 million baht, preparing for expansion of new property development projects. The total capital of the conpany and subsidiaries were at 700 million baht, where 6 new projects (Ornsirin 6, Business Center 1, Business Center 2, The Next Condominium 1 and The Next Condominium 3) were launched during this year.

2013 – 2014 Ornsirin saw big potential in luxury property market, The ASTRA Condominium (one of the biggest residential condominiums with over 60,000 sqm. of construction area in Chiangmai) was launched. Four low-rise projects were also launched; namely Business Center 4, Business Center 5, Ornsirin 11 and Ornsirin 14, which eventually pushed the toal project value to 8,600 million baht.

2015 During this year, Ornsirin has gone through series of improvements which including restructuring the management of the organization, recruiting real-estate professionals, introducing the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) into the company working system and preparing for listing in Thailand Stock Market in the future. The company mission and vision of being a leading proprty developer in Northern Thailand focusing on building a better living for home buyers and all stakeholders under a good governance were enrooted into our employee’s minds. Parenting company, Ornsirin Holding, was established for enhancing the structure for the company future expansion. Four other subsidiaries were also founded, including of North Home company (focus on high-rise condominium project), North Home property company (focus on low-rise condominium project), Ornsirin Group company (focus on commercial property) and Ornsirin Property company (focus on housing property).

The luxury condo is under construction. With my passion, I went to see a sample of the project. The furniture component is perfectly arranged, and the rooms are divided into zones; it works very well. This 1 bedroom size is very suitable for a woman like me. Also, the elegant decoration in white and brown tones looks very good. Besides, the condo common area is fully equipped with a swimming pool, a lounge, a fitness center, and many more. The project location is located near the Sunday Market and Chiang Mai International Airport, only a few minutes away. It is very convenient and suitable for living in Chang Klan.

Another outstanding condo in Chiang Mai Town, good location in the downtown. Convenient travel as it's not far from malls, convenience stores, and restaurants. There is also an extensive range of facilities, making me feel like living in a condo in Bangkok. You can use Co-Working Space and Co-Living Space, which is quite rare. The room I booked is a studio which is quite small at only 29 sq.m. The room layout is quite functional, and the materials are from leading brands. Worth paying!
Luxury project, outstanding with a swimming pool over 150 meters long

Not often that we can find such a luxurious project in Chiang Mai. Since I saw the pre-sale advertisement, I have started looking for information about the project. For me, I would consider this as an investment opportunity. The project comes with an excellent design in a wealthy neighborhood. Easy travel to the airport, shopping malls, hospitals, and food avenue. It's located on the main road. The building is quite high, 17 floors I guess. It has facilities such as parking space, resting area, working area, meeting room, and a very long swimming pool, about 150 meters on floor 17. Perfect spot to enjoy a night city view of Chaing Mai. The room selection varies from studio to 3 bedrooms. Inside, the room is functional and nicely decorated with imported materials. So far, it is under construction, so I decided to visit the mock-up room. As the visit impresses me a lot, it wasn't difficult at all to buy one. At least, this 1-bed unit will bring me profits for sure.

The project here is a high-rise condominium with 17 floors in height, providing a rooftop swimming pool. It's super luxurious, and the atmosphere is great. The project entrance is close to the main road, and opposite the condo, there is a convenience store and restaurant, easy to find food. The interior is luxurious. There is a small kitchen area. The room I got is a 1 bedroom type, suitable for only 1-2 people and maybe too narrow for people who don't like the awkwardness !!
