The condo atmosphere is excellent. The room is beautiful and very spacious as well. It is comfortable and has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, car parks, and a strict security system. The location is excellent, next to the Sompoch Chiang Mai 700 Pi Road, opposite Lotus Ruamchok, and is only a 3-minute drive from Central Chiangmai Department Store. It's called as you can go to a single place that includes restaurants, shopping, and banks.
