The project is still very new, suitable as a home for my retirement age and my wife. It is worth it when compared to the price and the design. Right now, there are no problems with water, electricity, or structures as we just moved in, and the project is still very new. If going to go shopping or into town, you have to drive a distance of about 10 kilometers. However, there is a fresh market and many convenience stores in the neighborhood !!!

Beautifully and modernly designed house, along with safety that the project has guaranteed. My husband and I love it very much. The location is quite private, quiet, and matches all our needs. I bought a 2-story house with 3 bedrooms in size. The interior is decorated in a beautiful, luxurious, well-proportioned room and suitable for my family members. It is also equipped with many facilities such as the kitchen, dining area, and a reception hall, which all rooms are beautiful. Also, we are very satisfied with traveling as it is easily accessible. The road in the project provides a safe standard and is close to Chiang Mai City. It's very convenient, and close to Chiang Mai International Airport as well.

My dream of having a detached house come true after I found this project because the design, the construction, the systems, the location, and the price meet all my needs. Besides, the project has facilities in a common area for the residents as well, such as a swimming pool, garden, and fitness center. The houses in this project are built-to-order. It will take about 6 months; you will get the dream house that you want.

The house is very modern with 3 bedrooms, 2 floors, and has 2 parking spaces. It has a full set of basic furniture and is luxurious. The atmosphere around the project is lovely. There is a common area such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a security system working for 24 hours. The guard is friendly and has great service.

I've looked at a sample house in this project because I like modern houses, so I decided to book a 2-story detached house with 3 bedrooms. I like the project management because they will construct it when we make a reservation. The house that we have will be a brand new home, and it will not deteriorate like many other projects that have been built. Before there are people who come to buy a house, the house will deteriorate with age. That's why I like this project. As of now, my house is completed. The project has delivered the house on the specified date. It is gorgeous as a sample house as the project uses quality materials. All in all, the house structure values money, suitable for a good price.

I can't believe that I would find a house in Chiang Mai that's as good as here! With the fact that I live together as an extended family with my husband, children, and the elderly, it isn't easy to find the right house. Fortunately, I found it here. The house we live in has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a living area of about 220 sq.m. It is quite spacious. I am impressed with the design, especially about elderly care. The room on the first floor so that my mom doesn't have to walk up the stairs. Also, the design can prevent falling or tripping, which makes me less worried about them. Also, there is a large garden area where we can spend quality time together. On weekends, we often go to the gym and the pool in the common area of the village. It is very relaxing. Its location is also convenient as it's easy to travel anywhere. It's not far from the Central shopping mall, Big C supermarket, and also the airport. There are only a few units in the village, so it is really private. Also, I feel safe with the security system here. The price is affordable, not too high judging from its quality. I'm so impressed.
