In case you start from Thep Krasattri Road (Route 4027), head southeast. When you reach Thao Thep Krasattri and Thao Si Sunthon Monument, turn right onto Sri Sunthon Road (No. 4025) for 7 kilometers until you find Cherngtalay Police Station T-junction. Go straight for 8.2 kilometers and turn left onto Khok Yang Road for 350 meters. Turn left again for 160 meters and slightly turn left; you will find the project on your left-hand side.

The complex has a good swimming pool and gym and is about a 10-minute walk from the beach in Kamala.
Good Affordable Villa and Condo Living

Lived in Kamala regent for 1 year in the 3 bedroom pool villa. The development overall is nice, the pools are good and big so great if you like to swim. The overall development is quiet and well maintained. When there is heavy rain, it floods so thats a point to note. On the downside, from a expat perspective, they rent out to tourists so can be very transient.

I bought 3 bedrooms with a private pool here for renting out. The room has a strong uniqueness of Thainess mixing with modern style perfectly. The condo has a good response from foreign tenants since I always rent it out and it's always fully booked. The property is located on the back road, away from the main road's hustle and bustle. The common area has many amenities, such as a large outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a gym with equipment, a shady garden around the property, parking space, spa, free wi-fi internet, and restaurants. There are nearby restaurants, convenience stores, laundry, and beauty salons around the project, just 5 minutes away, making a living more comfortable. You can walk from the property to Kamala beach within 15-20 minutes. The Beach is a quiet and intact nature beach. It's another beautiful beach in Phuket. Since I rent out the condo, the only problem is the slow internet. The signal drops very often. I always have to inform the juristic officer. Everything else is good. The security carefully checks people in and out of the property's entrance.
