To get to the project by car, you can start from Patong Intersection, heading west on Sai Nam Yen Road to Ratchapatanusorn through MVC Patong House on the right-hand side. Turn left behind Family Mart and go straight ahead on Rat Uthit 200 for 1.6 kilometers. Turn right onto the route 4030 and go straight for 400 meters and turn left behind Siam Commercial Bank ATM. Outstanding property, on top of the hill at the end of Patong Bay. Great amenities and facilities, spacious rooms and proper management. The design is appealing. Despite the leasehold offer its a well managed hotel asset.

I loved Patong city, and it's my reason to buy the condo at Amari Residences Phuket. I bought a 1-room for my vacation time with my family. Also, it gives us the best guaranteed rental yield making my investment worthwhile. I always visit here once a year, and I can directly go to my condo. It takes 40 minutes from the airport to here. It's a beautiful seaside condo with a private beach and the best service from Amari Hotel. It's different from buying as a freehold because I don't have to do the cleaning myself. When I arrived at the condo, I could relax without having to be tired of storing various things. It's very privacy on the high hill overlooking the sea view and sunset from the balcony. Besides, there is a full range of facilities such as a buggy service, a private pier, an infinity-edge swimming pool, etc. There are many delicious and various food selected and a seaside outdoor in terms of food, giving a flavor in tasting food and happy during the stay. In general, it was okay, and the facilities were also comfortable, suitable for real relaxation.
