There are a few basic designs that you may still alter somewhat to your liking. The changes that you make will of course make a difference on the price. If you choose cheaper options you may cut some on costs but if you choose options like elevators throughout your villa - the price will go up a little. Elevators cost around 1 M baht to install throughout the three stories of your villa but well may increase the value of your villa a lot more than they cost!

Marvelous pool villa in Chalong Bay

A pool villa with a Chalong Bay view; the villa exterior is beautifully unique, making me feel like having a vacation in Santorini. The villa has 3 stories with a private swimming pool and facing the sea so that I can relax and adore the marvelous sea view every day. The one I rented has 4 bedrooms, private and tranquil. Each room is spacious, with a white color scheme. Traveling is not considered difficult, but I suggest you rent a bike or a car because the transportation fee is incredibly pricey.

It is a big villa with a white color tone and outstanding building. The villa interior is luxuriously decorated. The 2 floors of the house comprise a private pool. The project site and surrounding are surrounded by natural mountains and lush green gardens. The location is also located in a tranquil community. At night, it is very relaxing at the poolside because the atmosphere is so good. I love this moment and feel good to relax and spend time leisurely all night long.

Villa surrounded by trees, shady and pleasant in the midst of Chalong's nature. It is very suitable for relaxation because it is calm and private, and can see a beautiful view from the villa. I decided to rent a 4 bedroom villa, very spacious, airy and comfortable. It's perfect for 4-6 people living. The room has neatly divided living spaces and stylishly decorated furniture, suitable for all lifestyles. Besides, the villa offers a range of facilities for residents to use, such as a private swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. Also, it's not far from the Big Buddha and Patong Beach, can travel conveniently.
The villa is large, quiet, and private.

The villa here is quiet because it is located far from the city. It also provides a good security system. I have been working here for over 5 years, but I've just moved to this house for 2 years. My friends and I always host a party at my house because it is spacious and has enough space to hold a party. There is a small garden and a large swimming pool for relaxing holidays. Pleasant atmosphere and good value for money !!

Cool design with a livable atmosphere. Most of the neighbors are foreigners, living peacefully. There is a security guard all day. The house is very spacious, with 4 bedrooms, suitable for a big family. The location is ideal near the community, close to Chalong Temple, a famous temple of Phuket.
