The development comprises of 16 villas - all with swimming pool and sea view. Large villas, with a pool and a view. Unbeatable value! The villas have 3, 4 or 5 bed rooms depending on plot and design. The villas are built to spec. They are in various stages of completion.

There are a few basic designs that you may still alter somewhat to your liking. The changes that you make will of course make a difference on the price. If you choose cheaper options you may cut some on costs but if you choose options like elevators throughout your villa - the price will go up a little. Elevators cost around 1 M baht to install throughout the three stories of your villa but well may increase the value of your villa a lot more than they cost!
