The common area maintenance fee at Layan Residences is ฿40 per square meter based on the size of the indoor area of the property. This fee has to be paid every month by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.

This estate is for selected audience and is most likely one of the BEST estates on the Island. Thai interior design in a contemporary setting. Privacy is guaranteed and the service standards on the estate are of world standards. The Hollywood hills of Thailand!

I think the location here is the best in Phuket, very perfect. It could not describe how perfect it is because it's amazing whether the management system accommodates us in every matter and takes good care of us every moment. The project site is private and tranquil, close to nature. The swimming pool and relaxing corners overlook the stunning sea view, and sunset sea view privately. The room is luxuriously decorated with worth money paid. Every time I visit here, never disappointed!!
