Direction to the Project
To get to the project, you can start from the airport and head to Thepkasattri-Naiyang Road for 4 kilometers. When you see an intersection, turn right onto rural highway number 4018 and go straight for about 9 kilometers. Then turn right into Soi Layan 1 and go straight for about 100 meters, and you will see the project on the right-hand side.

    It is a quiet and far from everything.

    It is a quiet, secure, and private apartment. But quite far from everything. It is easily accessible to Bang Tao Beach and Layan Beach in just 10 minutes. There are long and beautiful beaches that are well maintained. Also, the project has a wonderful swimming pool and a very large garden. There is a gym with full equipment. The staff also took great care of us. They are friendly and recommend a good quality massage shop. I am very impressed! If anyone is looking for quiet monthly accommodation or getting a room with a good price and a peaceful location, I would like to recommend this place.

    Colonial style residence with several low-density building facing the lake or pool. 1 or 2 bedrooms with comfortable size and spacious terrace to dine outside Full of charm, this residence is located in a remote area so you will need a car to go to the shopping area and or beach.

    Close to the beach and laguna area that has lots of resturants and shopping. Project has a really nice "feel" to it and is not over crowded. Lots of long term residents not people on holiday.

    I visited this project when looking to purchase in Phuket. Although the project is slightly older now the common areas (pool, gardens etc) are very well maintained. The project has a lot of charater that is missing from most of the new developments. This developer built a project that they would want to live in themselves vs putting a large volume of units with less green area. Units are good sizes with simple layouts with the best feature being the large balconies which all look over the garden pool areas.

    located close to the public beach but just far enough to be in a relative quiet area. The setting is lovely with the lake next to the pool. It should have a pretty good breeze from the shoreline and the condo's all have amazing Balconies . IF I choose to buy here it is because of location, balcony size and pool size. for the rest it is quiet with few permanent residents.
