To get to the project by car, start from the T-junction at Cherngtalay Police Station. Turn right on BaanDon-Cherngtalay Road (Route 4030) for 1.7 kilometers. Then, turn right onto Soi Pasak 4/1 and drive for 350 meters; the project will be on your left.

Bangtao Paradise Construction was established by a founder, director and major shareholder in Sai Taan, a well known and highly successful development of 75 villas in Phuket. Recognized for the quality both of construction & dealings with its clients, Sai Taan is a project which even other developers talk about. The Developer has lived full time in Phuket since 2003.

Capitalizing on the strengths & experience of the Sai Taan project over 10 years, the developer launched Trichada, using the services of many of the original Sai Taan construction team. Following the success of the first Trichada project, the developer launched Trichada Tropical in early April 2017 & as of September 2018 only 1 villa remains. Trichada Sky is set for launch during the month of October 2018.

The common area maintenance fee for properties at Trichada Sky is a fixed amount of ฿11,750. This amount has to be paid by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. A 30-year lease period is legally protected under Thai law and ownership cannot be disrupted. It is common for developers to offer an additional two terms of 30 contractually obligating a total of 90 years.

Best Villa Project in Phuket

The layout of this spacious villa is functional and well designed. The materials are in a soft color palette and the interior is contemporary. What i like most is the sunk-in living room sofa area looking over the pool. This is the perfect family villa, all bedroom have an insuite bathroom. The traditional wooden doors are stunning at the entrance. Trichada is a small sized villa "community" for only selected amount of buyers, which offer lots of privacy. This is my personal favorite villa project

I visited the Trichada on multiple occasions and have always been impressed with the layout and homely feel of this development. The developer, Doug, shows his experience having built and completed over 80+ villas in Sai Taan and the first few phases on Trichada and has clearly taken what he's learnt and designed one of Phuket most popular villa projects (they sold out pretty fast!.) Sunken lounge, nice garden and swimming pool area with a modern and liveable feel. It is only a few minutes drive from the new central shopping, Laguna hotels and Boat Avenue plus only a short trip to Phuket international being 20 mins away.

The villa is wonderful, and I love it. The villa that we visited in is a 4-bedroom type which is suitable for the family members. The villa is full of furniture and well-decorated. Also, the materials are durable and high-standard. There is a large slide door that allows airflow. The swimming pool is a perfect size. I highly recommend having a car as the project is quite far from department stores, restaurants, and the beach. The nearest one might be Bang Tao Beach, which takes about an 8-minute drive. The beach is quiet and calm, and also it’s not far from Boat Avenue where you can find many restaurants and shops. I can say that my family and I are very happy with this place.

This is the second time my family and I stayed at the Trichada; my first time was at Trichada Tropical, and I was impressed by how the villa is decorated. So, this time we don't miss the opportunity to stay in 3 bedrooms with a private pool in Trichada Sky, a new project at an affordable price. Here, we were not disappointed because of the stunning design. I feel warm and comfortable throughout my stay. There are various plants around the project, and the entire atmosphere is pleasant. Also, the staff takes good care of the cleanliness and security as well. Not only its gorgeous design that I love but also its proximity to the Boat Avenue area. The location is ideal as there are shops, restaurants, and shopping malls. Oh! And we went to Blue Tree Water Park as well within 10 minutes. If you wanna go to the beach, I would recommend you to go to Layan. It's a quiet beach which is not far from the project.
