Casablanca Villas is a unique new villa development located in the luxurious and prestigious area of Yamu. Yamu is home to some of the largest and most expensive villas on the island of Phuket.

The Casablanca team present to you a brand new authentic design concept. After our combined years of experience within the villa industry, we felt it time to introduce our Marrakesh, Balinese and Sino-Portuguese inspired design. This concept will be a first of its kind in Phuket, with its blended design elements carefully created to represent the island that is now so rich in culture.

This combined design concept creates a very stunning, modern and luxurious feel throughout the interior as well as the exterior, visible with the inclusion of large arches filled with glass sliding doors, allowing for as much natural light to enter the villa, as well as the functionality of having glass doors to open up the rooms.

Each villa comes with its own private pool, adjacent to the master bedroom which also has its own private access from the master bedroom, as well as sunken lounge, looking out towards the pool. The swimming pool helps to complete the concept with its complimenting Mediterranean look.

The development will house 11 villas in total, of both 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom plots, with sizes ranging from 202 to 322 square meters. Villa interiors can also be customized upon request allowing buyers the chance to make it feel like home.
