Even though the garden area is not that big give the feeling of privacy and small Oasis everything is very well designed.. BangTao beach about 15 minutes drive, and about 10 minutes drive to Laguna shopping area.. and 5 minutes drive to blue tree water park so very well located for those who wants privacy but still easy access to different facilities

I have had the opportunity to study investment in this neighborhood for a long time. This project is suitable for investing and gaining profits in the long-term because the location is not far from the shopping area, near the beach, and there are many convenience stores in the neighborhood. I am sure that it is suitable for investment. There are 3 spacious bedrooms in the house, and the design is quite beautifully decorated. If anyone is looking for a villa to relax, here is considered the answer for you because it has complete facilities. There is a clean swimming pool, 1-2 car parking areas, and far from the crowded places. It is peaceful and also provides 24-hour security.
