Beautiful project next to the central mountain, good care, shady, pleasant, not far from Sai Noi beach and Khao Tao. Near the project there are restaurants, coffee shops and gas stations.

The village is very peaceful and shady. The house is a two-story detached house with a large area. There are 4 bedrooms, a garden, and a pool. Lovely neighbors live in peace. You can also have pets, but it shouldn't be disturbing your neighbors. Conveniently located as it takes about 15 minutes only to get to Hua Hin town.
Great house for an urban escape

It's a vacation home for my wife and me. We often spend our long vacations here. I think it's an excellent opportunity for us to escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. This project's location is perfect as it's located in the Khao Tao area, where it's less crowded compared to the Hua Hin city center. It takes 10 mins to Khao Tao beach, and also, it's not far from the city center as it takes only 15 mins. Speaking of the villa, it's so worthwhile as the villa is so spacious with a full set of furniture, so there's no need to buy anything new. There is also a private pool too, which is very convenient for me. There is no common area like other villages such as a clubhouse or fitness center, but it's not a big deal for us. As it's located in a residential area, it's not that hard to find convenience stores and restaurants. I think it can be considered as another quality village.

It is a detached housing project with an excellent security system. It is a quiet environment and closes to the mountains and nature. The house area is surrounded by shady green gardens, and the house structure looks durable. On the second floor, there is a large balcony area for activities such as holding parties, important days, barbecuing, or even being made as a small relaxation corner to relax in the afternoon. However, most of the time we will have a party with friends rather than other activities because of the wide-open space. It is very convenient to grill. At the downstairs, allocation of space is okay as well. It is fully furnished with cabinets and multi-purpose shelves, which can store many things and are easy to pick up and use. Moreover, there is one more personal space that is indispensable; it is the pool area in the back of the house that is very private. Overall, this is okay. Get a big house with complete facilities with reasonable house price and great value.

There are many specifications of the houses here, ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, each of them comes with a wide living area and a private swimming pool. I am interested in a 3-bedroom house with a wide space, nice decoration, and a built-in-furniture. The spacious common area has a shady atmosphere and a good-size swimming pool. The price is reasonable. Khao Tao Beach is very close to the project. Convenient transportation, close to the main road. One of the fascinating projects for investment!

It is a vacation home that is extremely cost-effective for investment. It is quiet and safe here. The first time we moved in, it was partly-furnished. Luckily, my family and I loved to decorate the house. Therefore, I bought additional furniture to decorate in the style that we like. There are a private pool and 1-2 car parking spaces that are sufficient for our family. Although the location is far from Hua Hin town, it is surrounded by many restaurants and attractions, whether Khao Tao and Sai Noi Beach. Plus, there aren't many tourists crowded as well. I think the house here is suitable for both vacation and investment.
