The front walls are replaced by full-frame large slide doors to give you a panoramic view of turquoise sea view and green mountain ranges. Besides, there is a private swimming pool and sunbathing area that give me privacy and tranquility. I can also enjoy shades from the garden around the project.

I have visited the project a number of times now and apart from the breath taking view, the villas are simple, open plan and modern. Having the feeling of being nestled within the mountain is great and there are many schools, shops, beaches etc within 5 minutes drive making the location perfect.

The estate is very secure with security at the front entrance 24/7. The areas are full of natural rocks with so many trees and plants making it feel like a gem in the jungle. The new estate roads made it easy to drive around and get to the house that we stayed too. The central common pool was lovely and also had a spectacular sea view. The properties are more traditional which we loved at it felt much more like we were on an island away from things. It was only a 10 minute drive from many shops and places to eat too so this was no issue at all.

I am very impressed by the modern design and minimalist interior because it's beautiful no matter which angle you take, combined with its location surrounded by nature, both trees and mountains. You can also see the sea view from the balcony of the villa. Additionally, every villa in the project has its private swimming pool where you can organize a small party or sunbathe at your convenience. For the atmosphere, I give it 5 stars because the atmosphere is great. There is privacy, peace, and also shade. It is very suitable for rest, but shops and restaurants may have to walk a bit far, but not difficult to find. This project is only 5 km away from Lamai Beach; it is not very far for driving.

Even though it is a made-to-order villa that has to wait about a year to complete, we have to wait for a long time to get the best value villas and reasonable price. The villas are modern, and the building structure looks strong, durable, and has great attention to construction details. The interior is also beautiful in the style you want. However, we have to be a little careful when traveling to the project because it is nestled on the hill. The path is also a slope, so ride with care. If you are not skilled, it is better to walk up by yourself for safety.

The swimming pool is a favorite spot for my son; he swam almost all day. The rental price is worth what you get. The location is good, close to shops and restaurants. You can get there in a few minute's drive. It's also less than 5 minutes to Plai Laem beach. If anyone is looking for the right vacation home, I recommend this place.
