The Met used to the nicest unique building in Sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. So I recommend to choose a property behind the main Sathorn road Tower F, E or D. The layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in Sathorn. Every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.
The building is very well maintained with a huge amount of facilities including, pool, gym, squash courts, running track, and studio. The building has a two tennis courts but they are unusable at the moment and need to be fixed up. The units are very spacious and allow for some great renovation projects!
The atmosphere is good and different from other condos which are located in the city center. The on-site is tranquil and uncrowded. The room is spacious, clean, and safe. Besides, there are various facilities which are very private. The facilities comprise a communal pool, a reading room, and a lounge. Similarly, there is room service, delivering food to the room, and other premium services.
The project area is spacious with a beautiful building, and the scenery is also fantastic with unobstructed views. The common area has an extensive range of facilities, and the gardens on the ground floor are beautifully decorated, shady and perfect for relaxing. The room is fully furnished and of great value for the price paid. Luxurious and modern! The living area is quite broad, worth the price!!
Quiet and pleasant to live. The decoration is vintage and beautiful. A spacious room decorated with durable wooden materials. The price is not very high. Every time I come back, the place makes me feel warm. The professional staff has service-minded and always smiles. The project is in a good location, not far from Chong Nonsi BTS, and in the Sathorn area, which is sleepless with nightlife experience. It was a great time for me.
Know the project information from the Internet. It is considered to be another very interesting condo. Last vacation, I decided to go to the project and inspected the showroom. I have to explain first. There are 2 buildings in this project, divided into the North and the South, and each building has different floors and units. The Northside building consists of a 37-story high with 429 residential units, while the southside building comprises 41-story with 481 residential units; the total number of rooms is 910 units on an area of approximately 4 Rai.
Rhythm Sathorn is another large and quality project that can be observed from the furniture and materials used. As far as I know, this place has invited Naoto Fukasawa, a famous interior designer from Japan, to design some of the project rooms. The rooms here are available from 1 bedroom (35 - 55 sq.m.) and 2 bedrooms (62.7 - 65.7 sq.m.)
The interior of the room is decorated in a modern style that emphasizes simplicity but remains luxury. The project is located in the heart of the city, and not far from the old town. Even though this condo is not situated along the Chao Phraya River, I can commune with the Phraya River's view. Notably, there are various options to get to the condo, whether taking a Saphan Taksin Station, which is the nearest station, only 340 meters. For those who travel by private car, it is equally comfortable because the point of getting on and off the expressway is not very far from the condo. Apart from that, traveling by public boat is also another option of traveling to the project because Sathorn Pier is close to the condo, only 340 meters, you can walk comfortably.
Let's talk about the facilities here. As I said above, there are 2 buildings in this project, the common area and the facilities of each building are not much different. For the North building, it is on the 36th floor, which is the rooftop of that building. The swimming pool here looks like a beautiful with L-shape, but only 5 meters wide, and it is considered very narrow. The kid's pool is like the general communal pool separated from the adult pool exactly. There are 2 fitness rooms here to use. You can also see the city view. You can exercise and see the view at the same time.
There are only 487 car parking spaces, an average 53% of the room, which is very little. One more thing here, I believe everyone who visits this condo will see the abandoned building view across the street. That is only about 100 meters away. I recommend choosing a room on the south or east side because you can avoid those terrible buildings view.
I rented Amanta Lumpini Condo for about 3 months before going abroad. The design impressed me a lot. It is excellently designed and uniqueness like no other premium accessories worth the price. The facilities were very satisfying to me, making my stay at Amanta Lumpini meaningful and quality. Amanta Lumpini Condo stands out in terms of travel because it is very close to MRT stations and is also surrounded by many convenient locations. Also, the location is situated in a potential area. The Amanta Lumpini Project is in a prosperous place and is located in the middle of the quality community. So you don't have to say that your lifestyle will be inconvenient. Besides, the staff of the Amanta Lumpini project are very good service, I am very impressed, he is very attentive and friendly to our residents.
A prosperous location next to Naradhiwat Rajanagarindra Road, perfect for working-aged people living in the city. It is close to various amenities, including consumer products. The condo site is spacious and luxuriously designed in a modern style, which is pleasant to live in. There are many rooms to choose from, but I chose a 2 bedroom unit with spacious interior and standard furniture. Anyway, it's still impressive. The balcony is large, overlooking the city view, very pleasant. However, it's not easy to use a private car because it is terrible; use the BTS instead. In general, not disappointed to buy here at a reasonable price.
My first stay in this condo was temporary for 2 weeks while the company was allocating the accommodation for me. Finally, I asked the company to offer the rental fees for this place as I'm impressed by the service they gave me. The project is serviced-condominium, and some units are launched for daily rental. So, the staff here are well trained, and the service is comparable to 5-star hotels. They are very friendly. The lobby hall is well designed in a tropical style, making it feel like going to another province.The room is okay with a fully functional area; there is a kitchen, living area, and bedroom. But there is no water heater in the bathroom (so confused). The location is excellent, easy to explore food options. And very conveniently for travel because I have to contact customers around the Sathorn area. I can say that the location allows easy transportation by BTS, MRT to the public boat service. In the future, if I have a chance to stay in the Sathorn area again, I will definitely choose this place for sure.
