Country Group Development, in collaboration with Seasons Hotel & Resorts, develops Four Seasons Private Residences on 36 Rai of land (75 years lease from the Crown Property Bureau). It is completed in 2018 with the starting price of 30 Million Baht. The ownership structure will be leasehold (an initial term of 25 years with renewal options subject to terms and conditions). The condo is situated in the area known as "Waterfront," divided into three parts:

The Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok Condo is a 73-story high-rise building with 355 residential units in total and 601 parking spaces, or 170% of the residential units.

    This is a landmark on itself and has an impressive master plan incl two hotels and renowned restaurants. The units are embedded with imported materials and ALL units offer panoramic views over the Chao praya. Located on Charoen Krung (the 1st pavement road in Thailand), the neighborhood is still authentic and dominated by mom&pop shops. Therefore the contrast between the new and old Bangkok is just footsteps away
