Newly resort opened in 2018/19.The resort features some nice facilities such a big common pool, fitness, sauna, a restaurant with Thai and Italian cuisine. Rooms are clean, nice staff at the reception, always happy to assist. Great location, closed to Bangtao Beach, Laguna area, Boat Avenue, Central de Porto. For the party people, Catch Club, the famous beach club is les than 7 minute drive from there.

Been at the project quite a few times if your time giving me a relaxing atmosphere everything is very well maintained and Dion side restaurant is very nice and homey... It's also with walking distance to BangTao beach where there is a lot of local restaurants and hang out places

It's the new property near Bang Tao Beach, which has recently been completed. The building is beautifully designed in a diamond-shaped. The project is decorated with quality furniture and materials. There are 3 types of rooms starting from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Importantly, there is a rental program in which the project guarantees a 7% return for 3 years. It's a nice offer for investors who want to buy a property for renting out. Well, I'm one of them, so I had a chance to view the project and find information before deciding to buy it. I intend to use the place as a holiday house during my stay in Thailand and open as a rental room while returning to Germany. I think this option is interesting for foreigners who mainly live in other countries and wanna buy property in Thailand. I believe this property is the right choice because it's near the community, Bang Tao Beach, Layan Beach, Beach Club, Laguna Golf Club, Porto de Phuket, which is a shopping venue for shops and restaurants, to meet all the needs of all lifestyles. There are many facilities in common areas such as swimming pools, fitness, shuttle service, etc. About the service and security system here, they are similar to hotel standards with a reliable security system. Overall, the factors make it easier for me to decide to buy this place.
