This is the village where my grandma has lived for almost 10 years. The atmosphere here is pleasant. Although it is a large project with more than 200 units, each house is private and gated. The neighbors here are friendly and have a good relationship. The security guards take care for 24 hours. Plus, Leo (our dog) is also happy as he has a space to play around.

This house is beautifully and modernly designed. The security system is considered excellent, which is guaranteed by the project. The project's location is private and serene, perfectly meeting my needs. I bought a house with 3 bedrooms elegantly designed and well-proportioned, ideal for my family members. It also provides complete in-house facilities, such as the kitchen, dining area, and lobby. I think the living area is perfectly fit, which is very impressive. In terms of traveling, it is considered convenient since the project road is standard, secured, and close to Chiang Mai - Hang Dong Road. Very convenient! Importantly, it is not far from Chiang Mai International Airport.
