I am waiting for the house to be finished because it's a built-to-order single-detached house, which buyers like us can be confident that they will get a new house. It took about a year for the construction. I chose the type B house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which was very suitable for our family because I was expecting a second child, I had to find a new home for my baby. I decided to choose this place because I am confident in the developer company and I like the design of the house. Besides, the materials used by the project are up to standard. There is also a well-established system such as a termite control system and construction to support earthquakes. Also, the house's plan is still well proportioned, so it looks spacious and tidy. It also had a parking space for 2 cars. The project also has many facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, park, and playground with an excellent security system. More importantly, this village is not far from Chiang Mai town and other important places such as Chiang Mai Airport, Central Festival, and Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai too.
