Single detached houses have a large usable area

We are new members of this village and just moved in shortly, and we met many nice neighbors. Everyone seems to be friendly and always ready to help each other out. The house we bought for this project is a 2-story house, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The house area is sufficient to create a small garden. We think we will add a little to the kitchen in the future because the former kitchen has too little space. When cooking, the smell enters the house, and it takes time to let the smell go. Overall, the common area is very good and consists of various facilities, a communal pool, a children's playground, and a garden. The road in the village is spacious and perfect. It is such a pleasant place to live in.
The house is very airy and well-ventilated.

This year has been the third year I moved in here. I am very impressed by many things. The neighbors here are nice and friendly. Not far from Ruamchok Market and many nearby fresh markets. If you work in the city, it only takes 15-20 minutes. Life in Chiang Mai is good and doesn't have to be as rushed as a big city. In the cities, the car isn't stuck at all, and traveling is convenient. The house is very airy and well-ventilated. I think no need to turn on the air conditioner, especially in winter. The project itself looks outdated and old, but it is repaired and well-maintained regularly. The project's area is good and provides high security. Considered worth the price paid, like buying a good quality of life!
The standard village with nice atmosphere

After marrying a Thai husband, we decided to buy a house in this project. It is in a good location with easy access to the Central Festival. Bangkok Hospital, Mee Chok Market, and Promenada conveniently. As for the house, I can't find major problem. Space is well allocated, and the house is installed by innovations such as the Active Airflow system and Home Breathing Technique for good ventilation. So, it's cool inside my house even when it's not in winter. I can feel safe with an anti-theft system that uses an infrared sensor to detect motion, a smoke detecting system, and access card control when entering the village. The residents don't have to worry about a security system for 24 hours. Also, the village facilities are complete in ready-to-use condition, including a swimming pool, gym, and garden. Overall, I am very impressed.
