My parents and I went on vacation. I feel delighted with the villa. It is a 2-bedroom, 3- bathroom villa in Thai style, which my mom loves a lot. There is a garden in the property, and also a small pool for us to relax. The room is spacious and comes with electric appliances, which are a washing machine, an iron, and a TV. Unfortunately, there is no hairdryer, But overall, it's great. In the evening, my parents usually spent time at the pavilion near the pond as it reminded them of life in the countryside. They said they were so happy. I often went to play golf at the Black Mountain golf club. This golf course is world-famous. It takes only 7 mins. It was a fabulous holiday. When I checked out, the staff here helped carry luggage and provide more information about attractions in Hua Hin. The staff here are hospitable. Next time I will come back to stay here again.

Older development with big houses - some of them really run down, some of them very nice. A bit out of town

I rented this place for a vacation with a group of friends. Then, I was very impressed because this pool villa has a long swimming pool to party and swim. The house used well-selected furniture in a Balinese and Thai style. This gives us a touch of Asian. Also, the village is quite private, not crowded, and the neighbors are very friendly. Most of them are foreigners. Moreover, it is just a few kilometers away from Black Mountain Golf Club, which is very convenient and suits my lifestyle and golf lovers. To visit Grove Residences, it is not difficult at all. It may be a bit far from Hua Hin town, but it won't be difficult if you have your car. Only 2 hours away from Bangkok. We can go to Bangkok in the morning and go back to Hua Hin in the evening; it can be done in one day.

The construction of the villa is durable and good standard materials. The project has a very good security system and is located close to Hua Hin Beach, only 15 minutes driving. You can also drive to other places easily because it's not crowded and there are traffic jams. The project is also close to a golf course, and there are many convenience stores nearby. The road is quiet and high security. It's very worthwhile. Overall, I think it's okay for both price and location.

Yet, the design and the color makes it more classic and modern. This house is absolutely for relaxation! The project sells a customizable house, so I have to wait for 1 year. My house is a Villa L shape with 3 bedrooms and a pool, and a pavilion. The living area is quite spacious. The exterior color will be ivory, while the interior is mainly white. The furniture is perfectly fitted, and the inside is airy and wide so that the family members can enjoy the activities together. Around the pool, we can have a BBQ party or a party. I think the house is also suitable for renting out to the tourists for short- and long-term. It's good the location will give us privacy near the mountains, but it's quite far from the main road with fewer amenities in walking distance, so you have to drive.
