I bought a condo here to do golf activities every day. It is a very nice and modern project with complete facilities and functions. For anyone who loves golf, I recommend this place. The project is located within the famous golf course in Prachuap Khiri Khan and is also surrounded by shady nature and an abundance of good environment. Besides, the project is private. Therefore, the quality of life is good as well, which is a great project. The project offers residents activities other than golf such as water park, gym tennis, and Beach Volleyball, and the project is not far from Hua Hin. Also, the project offers a special service for residents with free shuttle service to Hua Hin town.

I just viewed the houses of this project. Firstly, I would say that the mountain view surrounding the property is lovely with fresh air. It's quiet and really nice to relax. The house is a detached house type that is very luxurious and varies. We love the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house. The living area is about 180 square meters divided into good proportions. It is decorated with high-quality furniture, so you just move in with your bags. It has a private swimming pool and garden. This house type is suitable for a couple or a small family like us. There are many facilities in the project, such as a well-equipped fitness center, lobby with free wifi, shops, restaurants, and security system. The staff is very nice and friendly. This project is in a good location of Hua Hin center near Khao Hin Lek Fai, Night Market, and Hua Hin beach. The price is reasonable. Recommend!

I often visit Hua Hin because my mother has a rental apartment here, so I have to help her look after the business, and I like to travel very much. Hua Hin has many attractions, but I like to play golf at Black Mountain Golf Club because I have a membership there. I am also telling my mother that I want to find a vacation home near this golf course as the apartment is a bit far away and the room is small, there is no private swimming pool. I have searched for many houses, but am interested in the Panorama Black Mountain project. I saw the project's website and fancy both 2 and 3 bedroom units with a private swimming pool and garden. They are spacious, and the layout looks nice. From what I researched, it seems that the quality and the security system meet the standard. There are gardens around the project; besides, you can enjoy the surrounding mountains' view, pretty good place!. The price is very attractive, not very expensive. I have a chance to talk to the salesperson, and she gives me useful information. A cool villa which I plan to buy.

The construction of the villa is durable and good standard materials. The project has a very good security system and is located close to Hua Hin Beach, only 15 minutes driving. You can also drive to other places easily because it's not crowded and there are traffic jams. The project is also close to a golf course, and there are many convenience stores nearby. The road is quiet and high security. It's very worthwhile. Overall, I think it's okay for both price and location.

It's considered a good project in Hua Hin, and I'm not disappointed to choose to build a house here.
