Although its an older project , the property is well maintained and upgraded due to influential co-owners. Occupancy rates for this project is year round 95%.
I've been renting here for three months now. The location is excellent as it's not far from the city center. It takes only a few mins to Central Festival. Plus, it takes only 5-10 mins walking to Walking Street, where you can find many pubs and bars. This condo is in a tropical style that makes me feel so relaxed, like staying in a nice resort. On weekends, I usually go swimming or to the gym. The staff here always take good care of the common area; it's clean and fully equipped. Only a minor problem is the elevators are not enough for all residents. Sometimes, it wasted my time waiting to use it. The room I stay in is a 2-bedroom room on the 35th floor. It's well-decorated and well-proportioned. The view from my room is so lovely. I can see the sea view and Bali Hai Cape. Overall, I'm satisfied with the condo in both location and the condo.
Even the project is not located within walking distance to the beach it is very nice, the location is peaceful and inside the project itself it has a very nice vegetarian restaurant with amazing views ower Kata bay, the spa facilities also very nice providing a very relaxing atmosphere.
I just moved into a room a week ago and was still excited because this is my first asset since I started working. The atmosphere around it looks quiet and livable. Also, it's close to the office. I like the project's communal area features a swimming pool, a library, and a yoga room. Plus, there are spacious seating areas and gardens in the shady and well-ventilated project. The security system here is very strict. Now, not many neighbors maving in, and most of them are foreigners.
The location is perfect, close to Midtown Asoke Plaza, many shops and restaurants around the area, convenient for shopping. The site is opposite the GMM Grammy building and less than 10 minutes walk to Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS. The room I bought is in decent size with complete furniture. The room overlooks the city view and pleasant surroundings. There is a swimming pool, a gym and a playground on the 32nd floor, which is very wide and clean. I like it here
Even if the building exterior may look a bit old, the inside still looks new and nice. It is a 3-story accommodation at 200 sq.m wide. The fully-equipped kitchen allows us to cook delicious meals to eat together. The location is excellent as it takes only 3 mins to Surin beach. My family and I love this beach very much as it isn’t crowded. Also, it is not far from the airport, just 30 mins away. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this place.
Good atmosphere, nice to live, and private. The ground floor has a swimming pool, a relaxing area by the pool, and an outdoor garden. There is a lobby that is a bit small. The project area is allocated, making space functional, even though small in size. The number of residents is quite small, so it isn't crowded at all.
This condo has a simple design with the highlight of this project called Runesu; it is adopting technology from Japan that is the beam inversion system is the ground, the floor is the beam. The project is developed by a Japanese Team and made for Japanese people. There are only 156 residential units in total. The project consists of 8 floors situated in a privacy area known as Thonglor. I am the one who like about Japan a lot. Therefore, I am interested in this project so much, the first step into the room makes me feel like staying in Japan. I am interested in the two-bedroom unit with all wooden decoration and earth tone colors used. Besides, there is a storage compartment on the floor. All materials are imported from Japan. Moreover, the project also has notably services that help investors to find tenants as well.
I just put down the deposit for a 2-bedroom duplex. It comes with 2 stories so I can manage the space functionally. The materials used for decoration look luxurious with built-in furniture. Both 2 bedrooms have a large window exposing the full city view. The shower room has a Jacuzzi and a large mirror for the view too. The luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, gym, lounge, playground, herb garden, fragrant garden, 24-hour security, etc. The staff gives good service. The location is perfect near all amenities such as Lerdsin Hospital 550 meters away, Bangkok Christian College in only 3 minutes walk, and a 2-minute walk to Sri Maha Mariamman Temple. Easy to travel by Surasak BTS, just 6 minutes walk. For me, this is the best condo in the Silom area; it is worth the investment.
I give 10 points to the Condo here because of the good project location. Traveling by car is very quick and easy. The surrounding area has many restaurants and cafes. You do not have to worry that it will be difficult to find something to eat. If anyone doesn't have a private car, they can use the project's shuttle bus service. However, if anyone has a private car, they have to restrain their minds about parking because sometimes it's not enough. The project offers a wide range of facilities. The pool is too small, and there are few seats on the deck. Overall, it is fair and suitable for people working in the city center.
I have been staying here almost every weekend as it's not far from Bangkok. It takes about an hour on the motorways. The place is quite peaceful. Just a few minutes walk, you can get to the Cozy beach. It's an interesting beach as it's quiet and relaxed compared to other beaches in Chonburi. My room is a studio type with a perfect size. The furniture is durable. Another thing that I like is a large swimming pool with a slider. It's a kid's heaven. The fitness room is nice with weight-training and cardio equipment, but the air conditioners can malfunction sometimes. I told the staff, and they fixed it immediately. Not difficult to find food around the area. My favorite is the Chocolate Factory, less than 20 minutes. Cute shop with yummy food - such a quality time by having good food, chilling by the beach, and enjoying a good time.
Condo is convenient located at walking distance from BTS Bang Cha. Fitness centre has state of the art equipment, the swimming pool is huge and suitable for swimming, relaxing chairs enough.
The condo is clean and cozy, and the security is also good. The project location is not crowded and located in a small alley surrounded by communities. It is a good atmosphere and suitable for living. Also, there is no noise as well. I've been here for many years because it is close to the office. I bought a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. I was a fully furnished condo with a private balcony for leisure time. Besides, I can hang the clothes on as well. It is very strong and durable. Honestly, I'm okay with this condo, even the price, and size. Reasonable price, easily accessible and convenient travel.

The project here was completed several months late. The land size is relatively small when compared to the number of rooms. The decoration is very nice, and luxury and the staff are extremely helpful. The balcony offers beautiful views from Surin Beach. I think there are quite a lot of bugs and mosquitoes here. The stairs are also without handrails, not suitable for the elderly. The entrance is rather small the alley. Also, there is a market and an interesting community. It is close to Catch Beach Club and only 1 kilometer from Surin Beach. You can use the shuttle bus service to the Surin and Kamala Beaches as well. Overall okay, worth the investment. It is a good accommodation near the beach.
I'm impressed by how the project is! It's a perfect getaway on the hill so I can adore the panoramic sea view. My 2-bedroom unit is super spacious with furniture and appliances. The project's entrance is steep and narrow, so the entry can be different. It's quite convenient to travel to the islands as it's near Ao Por Pier. Plus! It's just 20 minutes from the airport; I recommend it!

I rented a studio room in this project monthly. It’s in a good location as it takes only a 10-minute walk to Rama IX MRT Station and Central Rama IX Department Store. Speaking of the room, it’s not that spacious, but well-allocated. Most importantly, the rental price is not high compared to other projects in the same neighborhood. The swimming pool within the condo is spacious and always kept clean. For those who like privacy, this place wouldn’t be suitable for you as the number of units is quite dense. However, the noise never bothers me at all. Overall, it is quite satisfied with this place. It’s a quality condo at an affordable price.
Luxurious condo with a homey atmosphere. I have decided to reserve this project because every detail is pleasing to me, both the exterior and interior design, elegant but functional decoration. The comprehensive facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, a meeting room, and many recreation spots. The location is also quite convenient for me as I work close to BTS Thonglor, which is not far from this condo. If I'm not in a hurry, I can walk to the office.
The project is for rent and sale. It is an excellent location in the Central business district and adjacent to Benjakitti Park, which is a nice residential area. Easy to dine out or buy food. Only 600 meters from Terminal 21 and Korean Town. Very convenient to travel as it's close to Asoke BTS. The project is luxurious even though the building has been completed for a long time, but it's well maintained. The people here are friendly too. High security with key card access system.
It's one of my great relaxation places. I highly recommend The Unity Patong is very close to the beach. I rented a room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The room was very clean and decorated in a modern style. The staff is friendly. But at first, the staff were quite busy making it seem like they are not very friendly. In the end, it is very good. In the project, there are many facilities provided, such as a fitness center. The project highlight will be the large rooftop swimming pool with a landscape view, making it a very relaxing atmosphere. Besides, staying at The Unity Patong, it can travel everywhere conveniently. You can walk on foot to the beach, the neighborhood, and it is close to 7-Eleven, opening 24 hours a day and can travel comfortably to visit Phuket Town by public bus or taxi for only 20 minutes. It is a condominium that is calm, privacy, and complete.
Located in the city center, convenient for traveling and the rental fee is not much high for long-term rent. The room I rented is 2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, a spacious and sufficient living area. It also comes with a large balcony, perfect for living with family. The common area in this project is complete, clean, good, and tranquil atmosphere. It's not far from many convenient places.
