The condo is conveniently located on the main road. It is located in the heart of Pattaya City. There are hospitals, schools, and shopping malls surrounding the project, close to the beach. I can confirm that the condo here is quality with beautiful decoration. The room interior is fully furnished with good quality furniture. However, I think the bedroom is too small, but the common area is considered an excellent and complete-reasonable price and suitable for both living and investing.
Great location and a perfect place to enjoy Pattaya's most famous city of lights, sounds, and beaches! I am very impressed. I have rented the view Talay Residence 3 for a while. Inside the rooms and common areas of the project are very well, such as a large swimming pool and fully-equipped fitness. It suits my needs so much. The project is located in the area that I can easily get around, such as Jomtien Beach, Food Mart, and nightlife spots like Pattaya. It is an ideal project to relax and enjoy a nice environment as well.
The building is very well maintained with a huge amount of facilities including, pool, gym, squash courts, running track, and studio. The building has a two tennis courts but they are unusable at the moment and need to be fixed up. The units are very spacious and allow for some great renovation projects!
The condo is located near the Phrom Phong BTS station and Emporium shopping mall. You can travel to different places easily because buses are passing through the line the whole day. The on-site is beautifully designed. My room is on the 26th floor and gives a clear city view. Moreover, there is a rooftop pool and a living room for experiencing the incredible view. The staff is kind, and they always help anytime. There is a 24-hour security guard. Anyway, the building where I live has only 3 passenger elevators; it takes too long to wait. Overall, I am impressed with the beautiful condo with a quiet garden. Worth investing!
The luxurious condominium in the city center makes my life a lot easier. It takes less than 5 minutes to reach Thonglor BTS Station. It's also close to many restaurants and department stores such as The EmQuartier and The Emporium, super convenient! The staff takes good care of the property and also keeps it clean all the time. On Loy Krathong Day and Christmas Day, they also decorated the place to get festive vibes. I really like the swimming pool, located on the 28th floor that gives a city's panoramic view. Shame that the gym is quite small, yet enough for the residents. I stayed in a 2-bedroom unit that is very large. The materials are of high quality. Here, the security system is trustworthy, including the keycard access, lift access control, and security guards for 24 hours. It's great for living and worth the investment.
Supalai Veranda Rama 9 is a project that we decide to buy. I like the design of the buildings, twin towers. There is a walkway connecting the buildings easily walk to another building. There are very few tall buildings around the project, which I can touch the beautiful view. The atmosphere inside and around the condo is relatively calm. It is mostly covered with green spaces. Also, there is a corner to sit back and relax. The transportation here is quite convenient as well because it is close to the main road and Si Rat Expressway.
Cozy condominium and close to Ekkamai BTS Station, Exit no. 2 (200 meters.) There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and supermarkets are also just across the street. However, the communal pool is too small to swim, and parking spaces are limited, not enough for residents. I think it is an excellent location for the Japanese because there are many Japanese restaurants. Apart from that, many Japanese live there.
Great location, easily walk able to the BTS and surrounding area. Can enter through the Interchange building to walk when its raining. The units are quite expensive and some are rather small. Pool is very nice!
NIce big units, well maintained, most units has a good view of the Benjakitti Park and lake. Located at the end of a quiet soi with tuk-tuk transfer to Nana BTS station for tenants, walking distance to the main Sukhumvit road. The soi is very green and quiet with very limited traffic. A good balance of convenience and tranquility in the middle of Bangkok
A high-rise condominium with a unique design on a location that can be called highly potential. Next to Sukhumvit's main road with brighter opportunities to be developed as various amenities surround it. Easy to travel both by car and by public transport, you can either use On Nut BTS, buses, or taxis and close to the markets and community mall. The project is luxurious in a modern loft style. The room ceiling is very high, giving an airy atmosphere. The project's common area is full functions with an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, lounge, and parking for 50% of the units. I don't think the lack of parking space is going to be a big problem as half of the residents rely on public transportation. The property is worth a long-term investment by renting out to Thai and foreigners as it's in the office area where people are crowded. There won't be trouble finding a tenant.
The room is quiet and peaceful because the property is not located on the main road and also away from downtown; it's suitable for relaxing. The rooms are available in various styles, starting from a studio room to 3 bedrooms, you can live alone or with family. The rooms are spacious and modern decoration with quality furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. Facilities are basic requirements such as swimming pools, gardens, fitness room (a little bit far away), etc. You will need a sticker to bring the car onto the project, so let the staff know that you need a parking space; otherwise, you have to place your ID card for every entry.
If you don't have a car, there will be a shuttle bus service. Excellent staff, especially Kwan, the maid here. Overall, I'm happy to stay here.
The Met used to the nicest unique building in Sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. So I recommend to choose a property behind the main Sathorn road Tower F, E or D. The layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in Sathorn. Every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.
I reserved one of the units here recently as it's an interesting vacation condo on Hua Hin Beach. Also, It's not far from Bangkok, only 3-hour driving, so the place is perfect as a vacation home. The highlight of this place is that the service is the same as the InterContinental hotel, a famous five-star hotel chain. I used to stay in this hotel in Phuket, and I'm quite impressed by the service, which is another reason I chose it here. The condo comes with a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and a large garden that makes the project's atmosphere look very relaxing. The units are spacious, ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms, including duplex rooms and penthouses. My unit is a one-bedroom type for my wife and me. There is also some furniture, but you may need to purchase some more. In terms of price, I think it is quite high compared to the quality of living. With a service comparable to a five-star hotel, I think it's very worthwhile.
Perfect Location! M Silom is a condominium at the downtown of Silom. It is very modern with a fascinating view of Bangkok. It is proper management, near Chong Nonsi BTS Station (500 meters) and Silom MRT Station, only a few steps to these stations. Besides, it is convenient to go to Siam Paragon. In case you don't want to waste your time in rush hour, avoid using cars in this area because the traffic is heavy. However, I would highly recommend it here if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city and be recognized as privacy as well.
I bought a unit here because its located in a prime location for a acceptable price, walking distance from Sukhumvit road or Onnut area. The condo is behind T77 district and is part of Bangkok's largest expat community. The W market is just at the end of the soi and all restaurants offer "value for money" deals. Phra Khanong is growing into a mi of local and international restaurants. The condo itself has the right price per sqm compared to any other new development in the area. The unit comes fully furnished. Because Phra Khanong/Onnut has a high influx of people, the occupancy rates for rentals are high!
