The homestyle condo matches for staying as the family. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The project site comprises a communal pool and an on-site restaurant. The atmosphere is tranquil, clean, and pleasant. There is a 24 hours security system as well. Although it is an old condo, it is located in the prime area and near convenience stores. It's very convenient!!

I bought a 1-bedroom unit on the 17th floor. It's spacious with a full set of furniture and a stunning city view. Overall, the atmosphere is okay. Quite convenient as there is a restaurant. I have been here for a while, and I found a small problem from the noisy traffic as the condo is on the main road. From the floor I am on, it doesn't affect much. Near New Sathorn International School. Can't find any other problems, but I will get an update if I find one in the future.
Spacious area suitable for family

I bought this condo because the room is spacious and suitable for living as a family. Moreover, the location is in the alley, not on the main road, making the surrounding area quiet and peaceful for resting. Also, my husband's workplace is closed to the project. By the way, the downside is the transportation because you have to walk to the front of the alley if you want to use public transport. There will be a bus stop there. But if you want to use the BTS Skytrain, you would have to take a motorcycle taxi or a taxi as the nearest station (Chong Nonsi Station) is about 4 kilometers away. Besides, the condo is quite old despite its well-maintained. Also, its design isn't as modern as a newly-built condo.

I am half Thai and Italian, living abroad. Recently, I had a chance to stay in Bangkok during my long holiday. My mother bought two bedrooms at this property since the project was completed, inside there is a living room, kitchen with furniture. Fortune Condo Town is a large project with a total of 5 buildings, 22 floors. The exterior of the project looks like other condos in general, not outstanding. Still, the interior is modern style and divided into the proper layout. The condo is located not far from Chong Nonsi BTS. You can walk for about 9 minutes. There are shopping malls like Central Department Store (Rama 3), Thung Mahamek Town Center, and Lotus Convenient to buy anything. There is a restaurant in the project if you don't want to leave the condo to eat. The staff here are very hospitable and provide me excellent service. The facilities of the condo include a large outdoor pool and a gym. However, there is no Wi-Fi service in the common area.

I have been here for 2 weeks as it’s in the best location I could find. The condo situates near my workplace in walking distance so I can save money from daily commuting. The site isn’t adjacent to the main road, which it’s good so that I can avoid noisy traffic at night. And it’s not a big deal for me to walk because, back in my homeland, I usually walked anyway. And if I need to take a bus, the BRT station is 2.2 km away. It’s shameful that the nearest BTS is almost 4 km away, you have to take a bike taxi there. Yet, it’s a perfect location for the ladies like us, though, because there is Central Plaza Rama 3 nearby. If you prefer to walk, it’s just 800 meters away. The room is spacious, yet it didn’t come fully furnished. Fortunately, the owner who rented me the place is stylish. She decorated her room already so I could move in with the only baggage. It’s good that the room is quite spacious and has a proper kitchen area so I can cook conveniently. The condo itself is quite outdated, but the staff takes care of it very well. The pool is clean and ready to be used. Unfortunately, there is no gym in the condo, but there are other gyms nearby, including in the mall, so it’s still convenient for those who want to stay fit. About petting the animal as well, I don’t have much information about this. Better ask the staff first for certain information. Overall, I would say I like it judging from my budget and my needs towards my accommodation. Recommend!!!
