Cozy condominium and close to Ekkamai BTS Station, Exit no. 2 (200 meters.) There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops, and supermarkets are also just across the street. However, the communal pool is too small to swim, and parking spaces are limited, not enough for residents. I think it is an excellent location for the Japanese because there are many Japanese restaurants. Apart from that, many Japanese live there.
I bought a unit here because its located in a prime location for a acceptable price, walking distance from Sukhumvit road or Onnut area. The condo is behind T77 district and is part of Bangkok's largest expat community. The W market is just at the end of the soi and all restaurants offer "value for money" deals. Phra Khanong is growing into a mi of local and international restaurants. The condo itself has the right price per sqm compared to any other new development in the area. The unit comes fully furnished. Because Phra Khanong/Onnut has a high influx of people, the occupancy rates for rentals are high!
I highly recommend Haus Haus to those who want to live on the quiet side of the city - especially the units facing the temple and the canal - very peaceful
We just moved in here as the room price is not very high compared with other condos nearby. It might be because this condo is an old condo; therefore, the price is not as high as other condos. It helps to save a lot of rental fees. The room we rented is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully furnished. The room's furniture is not very new, and most of them are wood and therefore have a certain level of durability.
Most importantly, we are very impressed with the cleanliness that the old owner is attentive to before passing on to the room. We don't need to clean up again before entering. The guards here are very friendly and helpful—excellent security, admirable. Besides, the condo neighborhood is also close to various amenities, both restaurants, and convenience stores. The condo has several routes, and can easily avoid traffic jam days.
This was one of the pioneering high rise developments in Phra Khanong, but unfortunately has degraded tremendously. Sub standard finishing and low grade furniture. A large portion of the building is still empty and there is a frequent change of property management. The resale units are not worth the price, and I would advice to look fr new units and bargain toward <95.000THB per sqm. Its simply not worth more than that.

There is a mall called Habito with markets - restaurants - coffee shop - 7/11 - Dentist clinic - Prep School - There is even a farm where they grow organic vegetables and fruits that you can buy direclty. very convenient area that you will never leave after move there. higlty recommened for investors. Specially liked The Base Park West for the nice swimingpool with over view on Onnut.
I had a chance to visit a new-launched condominium near On-nut BTS, just 650 meters away. The Knightsbridge Prime On Nut is a luxurious condo but simple in a minimal style. It's fantastic as the condo has innovative urban living functions such as automatic parking, electric charging station for vehicles, key card system, finger and facial scan systems. The project also pays attention to green space by adding a garden of over 1 rai for the residents to enjoy nature. The project also has a swimming pool and sky garden to enjoy the city view and the panoramic Chao Phraya River view. Apart from the highlights of the common area, the room also comes with furniture from the leading brands. The living units vary from studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom Plus to 2 bedrooms. The price is affordable, starting at 3 million baht. If you are interested in being my neighbor, you are more than welcome!

The 3-bedroom units here are very spacious with outstanding and modern built-in furniture. Highly private as there are only 2 rooms on each floor. The common area is spacious with a swimming pool, gym, and a garden; they were clean. The location is pleasant and quiet near temples, markets, shopping areas, and along the Phra Khanong canal, giving beautifully natural surroundings, which is quite rare in Bangkok.
