- To visit the project by car, start from the Sukhumvit Road heading to the Ekkamai BTS. When passing Ekkamai BTS, Phra Khanong BTS, and Ramindra-At Narong expressway, turn left onto On Nut Road (Sukhumvit 77. Then go straight for 300 meters, and turn left into Soi On Nut 1/1. The alley is known as T77 Community. You can drive right into the project.
- In terms of using public transport, the most convenient method is the BTS Skytrain. Get off at Phra Khanong BTS station, and get to the project via a motorcycle taxi to the project, which is approximately 1.8 kilometers away.

    I am a real estate agent - Every buildings in the T77 community always got a very hight occupancy rate as its well famous for expats foreigners looking for nice residential building. There is a mall called Habito with markets - restaurants - coffee shop - 7/11 - Dentist clinic - Prep School - There is even a farm where they grow organic vegetables and fruits that you can buy direclty. very convenient area that you will never leave after move there. higlty recommened for investors. Specially liked The Base Park West for the nice swimingpool with over view on Onnut.

    Its part of the T77 community and has of Bangkok largest expat communities. Just a few stations away from the CBD. Its a very social area with high traffic. Ideally for all generations

    Here is my home in Bangkok that I have been living here for almost 1 year. It is not too pricy in the On nut area. From the project, you can travel easily. I can go to work within 10-15 minutes as it's not far from Phra Khanong BTS station and On Nut BTS station. The project is pretty huge with taxis and a motorcycle service passing by all day, which is an option for residents who don't have cars. The neighborhood of the project is surrounded by Tesco Lotus, Big C, and the market. Half of my neighbors here are foreigners. The project also has common areas and facilities that are adequate for residents, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and a free-wifi lobby. Plus, a large garden helps me to relax. The project also focuses on green areas for resting and experiencing nature. Personally, I like the service from Sansiri Group; the receptionist is well trained. They are in good manners and helpful for every problem. They can resolve all issues in a few minutes.
