I give 10 points to the Condo here because of the good project location. Traveling by car is very quick and easy. The surrounding area has many restaurants and cafes. You do not have to worry that it will be difficult to find something to eat. If anyone doesn't have a private car, they can use the project's shuttle bus service. However, if anyone has a private car, they have to restrain their minds about parking because sometimes it's not enough. The project offers a wide range of facilities. The pool is too small, and there are few seats on the deck. Overall, it is fair and suitable for people working in the city center.
I bought a 2-bedroom unit with excellent built-in furniture. I like the decoration of the condo, which is incredible and luxurious. The 24th, 25th, and 27th floors are occupied by very high-class amenities. I like the 30-meter long swimming pool decorated with the glittering floor, making me feel like swimming in the middle of the night sky. Plus, you can see a unique city view. The location in the Thonglor area is desirable as I can find many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars around here.
I just moved into a room a week ago and was still excited because this is my first asset since I started working. The atmosphere around it looks quiet and livable. Also, it's close to the office. I like the project's communal area features a swimming pool, a library, and a yoga room. Plus, there are spacious seating areas and gardens in the shady and well-ventilated project. The security system here is very strict. Now, not many neighbors maving in, and most of them are foreigners.
I bought a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom here, which is very large, about 50 square meters, and the condo's price during the COVID-19 pandemic is considered excellent. There is a fabulous western kitchen. I like its elegance yet modernity. Every corner of the room looks clean, clear, and well ventilated. The view from my room is a city's view. The project here has good facilities such as a swimming pool, a sauna, and a fitness room. It's very close to the Eight Thonglor, shopping mall, and many restaurants. Thonglor BTS is about 10 minutes walk from the project.

The room is clearly divided into various areas and has a high ceiling. The living room is decorated in a white tone, looks wide and clean. The lobby is also beautifully decorated and luxurious. The fitness room has a variety of exercise equipment. The sky garden offers a pleasant atmosphere; I really love to sit there. But just one thing, the parking lots are not enough, and the project has its separate area for the visitors.
Luxurious condo with a homey atmosphere. I have decided to reserve this project because every detail is pleasing to me, both the exterior and interior design, elegant but functional decoration. The comprehensive facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, a meeting room, and many recreation spots. The location is also quite convenient for me as I work close to BTS Thonglor, which is not far from this condo. If I'm not in a hurry, I can walk to the office.
It's Truth that this place is the duplicated version of Heaven. What I said it might too over but it's real. I visited there once to see my friend. The room was so big, clean, cozy and warm. The Lobby and the park are good decoration. The staff are very friendly like I'm in the 5 stars hotel. The gym and the swimming pool are so insane!! I mean there are very stunning!! That time I was there just to visit but next time I promise I gonna buy my own one.
Great location in the Asoke business center area. Opposite to the project, there are Asoke MRT and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Asoke BTS is less than a 5-minute walk away. The project is also close to the shops and a lot of convenience stores. The condo is a fabulous tall building with excellent facilities. The sky swimming pool on the 33rd floor is very beautiful, with a glorious city view. The room selection ranges from 1 to 3 bedrooms and a duplex in the proper size. They come with built-in furniture. It's worth investment, even if the price is a bit expensive.
The condo is modern, and the technology system used in the condo is advanced, whether it is an auto parking system that residents do not have to find the parking because this system will find a parking space for the residents. Whether we go home late, there will be a parking space for us. Moreover, there is a security system with a key card system and 24-hour security guard as well. Others cannot enter the project only if they exchange their ID card. You can trust this condo and don't have to worry.
As for the passenger elevators, I think it's enough for all residents because there are five elevators. Besides, there are many relaxation places where we can choose. No matter what angle it is, it is comfortable to sit because there are many resting corners to choose from according to your favorite style. There are also the relaxation corners, but there is also the communal pool (Salt System) with overlooking a 180-degree Bangkok and The Chao Phraya River view as well as many facilities such as a gym, sauna, multipurpose room, etc.
Personally, I like the design of the project. The room is well-designed and organized, in which the room looks spacious and airy. Besides, the project provides fully-furnished furniture. I have lived here for about three months, and I have not heard annoying problems yet. I felt pleasant when staying here because it is very tranquil, although the project's location is in Sukhumvit.
Furthermore, it is convenient to go everywhere both by private car or taking Nana BTS Station. However, most of the people take the BTS Skytrain. I think that in the future, real estate prices in this area will definitely be higher. It is suitable for investment.
I owned the business around this area and want to find the place to stay near Ekkamai BTS station. Within 5 years of the stays, I've never faced any serious problem. The condition may look a bit old as it was built a long time ago, but the juristic person always came in for maintenance. There is also a wealth of facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and elevators. On my weekend, I used to go to Gateway Ekamai or rooftop bars most of the time because they're within walking distance. After I lived here for a few years, I got tired of it. Now I prefer to go out of town, which isn't hard to get there at all. I only walk about 10 minutes to reach the Ekamai bus station. The station is a large one that I can get anywhere over the East, such as Rayong, Chonburi, and Trat. It suits the lifestyle of a beach lover like me. As for the room, it's pretty large and fully-furnished, so I don't need to spend my money to buy furniture. Inside the room, it's well decorated. Overall, I like this condo. I have no regret buying it at all.
We just moved in here as the room price is not very high compared with other condos nearby. It might be because this condo is an old condo; therefore, the price is not as high as other condos. It helps to save a lot of rental fees. The room we rented is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully furnished. The room's furniture is not very new, and most of them are wood and therefore have a certain level of durability.
Most importantly, we are very impressed with the cleanliness that the old owner is attentive to before passing on to the room. We don't need to clean up again before entering. The guards here are very friendly and helpful—excellent security, admirable. Besides, the condo neighborhood is also close to various amenities, both restaurants, and convenience stores. The condo has several routes, and can easily avoid traffic jam days.
Just a few facilities but all are excellently maintained.

Any helps needed, you can ask the staff. I am very impressed with the room so much because it is spacious with good quality furniture. It is a ready-to-move-in! It is divided into zones, which there is a small open kitchen, comprising sinks, infrared stoves, and shelves. Besides, it is close to Phrom Phong BTS station or 15 minutes walking. There are also taxi running the whole day, yet it is close to leading department stores such as EmQuartier and Terminal 21. That's why there is a large number of foreigners living in this area. I think it is worth the price paid. The condo provides privacy and quiets, even in the center of the city.
I had a chance to inspect my friend's 3-bedroom unit. There's no word to describe, just "wonderful," both scenery and inside the room. It was fully furnished and decorated in a modern style. It also comes with a private pool, perfect! The facilities are complete, and the common area is clean as the staff regularly clean it. It's convenient to go everywhere, 800 meters close to Asoke BTS and 900 meters far from Sukhumvit MRT. Love this condo as it's convenient in many ways. I finally bought 1 room.
I live here with my sons. The room is spacious, comprising 2 bedrooms. The condo has only 7 floors, and the design is excellent. The lobby area is decorated in a marble pattern, which is luxurious and comes with premium-grade furniture. There is a Business Lounge, a swimming pool on the 1st floor, and a 24-hour security system. Anyway, I am impressed with the automatic parking lot, which is very convenient. Most of the time I use cars rather than buses. Going anywhere is definitely more convenient !!

I have stayed here. From the first step that I entered the project, I could deny that the structure has been delayed over time. But it doesn't mean that the interior would be old and outdated. Actually, it's beyond my expectation as the room is very spacious and renovated in modern style. It comes fully furnished. The common area covers many facilities. Unfortunately, like other condos in Bangkok, this project lacks parking spaces.
This was one of the pioneering high rise developments in Phra Khanong, but unfortunately has degraded tremendously. Sub standard finishing and low grade furniture. A large portion of the building is still empty and there is a frequent change of property management. The resale units are not worth the price, and I would advice to look fr new units and bargain toward <95.000THB per sqm. Its simply not worth more than that.
It is an old condo, but the project location is good, near Asoke BTS station. So I chose to rent here because it is close to the office and easy to travel to. The condo area is clean, quiet, and features a complete range of common facilities, but it is quite old. I think that the condo hasn't been maintained for a while. The condo is in a great location where you can access many main roads, ideally near Phrom Phong BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Asoke BTS, to travel easily. There is The EmQuartier nearby within 20 minutes walk! You can explore food stores and go shopping. There are several schools and hospitals like Bangkok Prep International School, Ekkamai International School, Bangkok University, Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, and Rutnin Eye Hospital. Personally, I love this condo. I bought this from a Thai owner many years ago. I'm impressed by the staff and the guards who are so friendly. They take care of the residents and the clients nicely. We say 'hello' to each other every day. The facilities are complete. You can try a wide range of gym equipment; there are well equipped. The outsider can also use the project's facilities. There are 2 types of the pools here, for adults and kids, which are pretty large, I love spending time here on the weekend. My room is in a one-bedroom type at 50 sq.m. It's so inviting because the previous owner had a good sense of decoration. There is some furniture, so I didn't have to buy much. When I bought it, the price was 4 million baht, but it's worth it since the spacious room in the prime location can be hard to find.
The location of the project is excellent. Good environment, quiet, and next to Khlong Phra Khanong. Architecture is a hit. There is a full range of facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness, parking and shuttle bus, etc. The 1-bedroom type at 36 square meters is functional and fully equipped. Even though the room is not very big, space is allocated very well.

I've been here for almost six years. I bought 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. My office is near the condo; so, I decided to buy it. It's close to many public transportations, and I always take the BTS at the Asoke station because it's the nearest station to my condo. I often take the BTS more than other transportation because I have to use this route to work every day. After work, I always feel good staying at the condo, and I can spend more of my free time resting. It's different staying at other condos. When I moved here, I have more personal time and convenience to do everything, whether shopping, traveling, and staging delicious food with a wide selection. It's convenient in all aspects of my life. The on-site features a rooftop pool, a fitness center, BBQ grilled area, etc. There are security guards who always take care of 24 hours, and key card access system in terms of the security system, good protection from outsiders entry. I think it's a good place, the location is excellent, and the project features a wide range of facilities and a perfect security system.
