Nice place to live, good amenities and community centre.

Nice building, the rooms are not the biggest but they're big enough for 2 people to live comfortablily. Very convenient with 7-11, and restaurants downstairs and the new shopping mall just a 2 min walk away. Traffic can get pretty bad along Sukhumvit 77, however it's not too bad with the bridge that leads over to Phrakanong now. Spent 2 years in the building and would recommend it to anyone. Not ideal for a large family but is a very child friendly place to live.

The condo is located in the Phra Khanong area. The decoration is not noticeable, and it is simple, elegant, and looks good. I love it as the price is very reasonable. It is worth the investment to buy for living or renting it out for foreigners. The Base Sukhumvit 77 is a quality condominium project from Sansiri Group, a well-known and professional internal management system. Therefore, I don't worry at all! Moreover, the condo location is good and situated close to public transportation such as On Nut BTS Station and various famous shopping centers such as Terminal 21 and The Mall Ramkhamhaeng 3. It is the perfect answer and suitable for urban lifestyles
Convenient location and clean common areas

I love the work of juristic persons. When I have a problem with every system, they will coordinate immediately and notify me to repair it quickly. I don't disappoint to choose the condo here as the security system and the management is rigorous. The common area is clean, pleasant, and there is also a 7-Eleven and ATM, making it very convenient for life. Unfortunately, the room glass walls are not protected from light and sound during the daytime. Therefore, there is a noise of cars and not suitable for sleeping at all.

The condo is located in a good location on On Nut Road, which is a quality location. It is about 750 meters from On Nut BTS Station. If you don't want to walk, you can take a motorbike taxi for about 20 baht to the station. Next to the project, there is a convenience store, salon, and Big C, a very convenient location. There is a complete common area within the project, including parking space, swimming pool, gym, etc. The room size is 30 sq.m. Most of the neighbors here are working-age people and expats working in Thailand. The atmosphere is peaceful.
It is a cheap and good quality condo.

The condo here is reasonably priced. It offers complete facilities and is always maintained. It is extremely convenient because there is a 7-Eleven, convenience store, and an ATM below the building. If you don't like to go far away, I think this place well matches because just being in the room is considered okay. The room is fully furnished. The common area has a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a 24-hour security system. Also, the journey is not difficult, and only 800 meters away from On Nut BTS Station.
Cheap rental price condo

I have lived here for almost a year, everything is fine, the rent is somewhat cheap. The location is close to 7-11, and the restaurant is very easy to find. It's convenient to travel with the nearest location - On Nut BTS. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. The project has full amenities in good conditions. My room is 1-bedroom with a functional layout, but space is not very big, suitable for living with only 2 people. Some furniture was old and can't be used; I need to find replacements, but that's acceptable.
