We just moved in here as the room price is not very high compared with other condos nearby. It might be because this condo is an old condo; therefore, the price is not as high as other condos. It helps to save a lot of rental fees. The room we rented is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully furnished. The room's furniture is not very new, and most of them are wood and therefore have a certain level of durability. Most importantly, we are very impressed with the cleanliness that the old owner is attentive to before passing on to the room. We don't need to clean up again before entering. The guards here are very friendly and helpful—excellent security, admirable. Besides, the condo neighborhood is also close to various amenities, both restaurants, and convenience stores. The condo has several routes, and can easily avoid traffic jam days.

It is a condo that looks general and good. It is comfortable and beautiful. The condo surrounding is surrounded by famous restaurants, convenience stores, and close to Phra Khanong BTS, just a few minutes, easily accessible and convenient. It has a good atmosphere ideal for living. Moreover, the rooms are decorated in a modern style. I rented a 1 bedroom unit, perfectly divided in zones, very pleasant and okay to stay here.

I got this room because my father handed it down to me. He bought it for investment. But after staying there, it made me a real house, so I have been living there for 10 years. There are a few units of this project; therefore, it isn't crowded. Plus, most of the neighborhood's accommodation is single-detached houses, no condominiums, or tall buildings, which allows me to enjoy the view of the city. In general, the condo is rather outdated. They are not good at maintenance. The room's interior is decorated in a modern and Thai style, which was renovated a bit. The bathroom comes with a bathtub. Common areas are also available, such as swimming pools separating for children and adults, gardens, recreation areas. The condo also has a gym, although the equipment is limited. But what we are impressed with is the staff's service, which takes care of the residents very well. They are very friendly and helpful, especially the security guard in front of the entrance helps us all the time. Besides, the project is also very convenient to travel around. The project is near Phra Khanong BTS by walking about 10-15 minutes, but if in a rush-hour, I often use a motorcycle service in Soi Pridi Banomyong 14 to go through various routes. They are very useful in hectic traffic days. The surrounding areas are full of coffee shops and many famous restaurants from multiple nationalities, which excite me to explore.

The project is located in Soi Pridi Banomyong 14, which has a peaceful atmosphere. The project is close to restaurants and shopping malls. It's about 1.3 kilometers to Phra Khanong BTS, which is a fair distance. There are many facilities, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, lobby, friendly staff. My 1-bedroom unit has a perfect size and is complete with furniture. The rental price is reasonable.

I have stayed here for about 6 months. The first time I moved, there was a problem with the bathroom, drained pipes. After reporting to repair, there were no problems again. I am impressed because of the excellent service. The buildings here are still new and undergoing maintenance. The facilities are complete, and also there are various convenient transportation, only about 1.3 kilometers from Phra Khanong BTS.
