New project, quiet and convenient

First of all, I chose this project because of its location. It is convenient to travel and connect with many routes. The road is not busy, easy to travel to the mall within 10 minutes. Nearby, there is also Big C Extra and Green Green night market; there are many delicious street foods. The project is new and quite large. Also, the area is organized very well. There is plenty of parking space. The common areas are separated for each building. There are a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a free wi-fi service for all residences. The room's interior is well designed in modern style, using wood materials, including built-in furniture, cabinets, and kitchen counters. The room size is spacious. And I love cooking, and with the close kitchen, I can enjoy cooking and don't need to worry about the smell that will spread through the entire room anymore. They also separated the living room and bedroom with a partition. The bathroom is quite wide, with wet and dry zones. Behind the project is a large canal so you can enjoy a natural view just watching from your window.
