Take Route 11 for about 5 kilometers to exit and drive onto a parallel road, Mae Rim District Line Chiang Mai-Lampang (500 meters). Turn right onto Route 1001 to reach Route 121 for approximately 4.2 kilometers and turn left onto Route 121 in San Phi Suea for another 2.9 kilometers. The project will be on the right-hand side.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure.

    A 30 year lease period is legally protected under Thai law and ownership cannot be disrupted. It is common for developers to offer an additional two terms of 30 contractually obligating a total of 90 years.  

    Prior to purchasing a leasehold property it is important to secure a copy of the lease agreement or get further clarity on these three points.

    Burasiri San Phi Sua, a single-detached house is designed in a resort-style surrounded by nature and a 360-degree mountain view on a location near the main road traveling in Chiang Mai city. It is 15 minutes from going to the center of Chiang Mai. I am very impressed with this project. The project has designed my house cozy and given a sense of warmth blended with the charming Lanna project's atmosphere. It makes everything perfect. Moreover, the project has selected the best things for the residents to be satisfied, whether modern furniture and good decoration items. Besides, there is the full range of home facilities and practicality in daily life. The project has also named the project very creatively called Huen Nara means home in the northern language. It matches my needs so much. The project is located in the potential environmental and there is enough space for pets. So, it's excellent!
