Big house, and a yard around the house

This home is very fulfilling for my family. It looks stylish with a simple design but elegant furniture. The spacious unit area is divided into 4 bedrooms, perfect for a big family. Plus, there is a yard around the house for children and dogs. The project also has a security system for the residents 24 hours a day, including an entrance with a key card system. I'm not worried about safety at all, very comfortable.
This two-story detached house is spacious and airy and it’s also close to downtown.

My wife and I wanted to settle in Chiang Mai, so we tried to find the perfect house for us to stay. When I visited this project, I thought to myself, and this is what I want. I love the design of it and its surroundings. At that time, the house was not finished yet, so I made a reservation. The salesperson told me that it would be completed within four months. Now, I have already moved into this house. This place is only 20 mins away from my office, and it's also close to downtown. Plus, it's not crowded as there are only six houses in the project, so there are no facilities within the project. Yet, there are CCTVs installed in every corner. The road is spacious so that the residents can drive in the opposite direction easily. The house I bought will have four bedrooms, five bathrooms and every bedroom have a bathroom inside. I like it very much as it's so private. There is only one type of house. Since moving to a new place, my wife and I travel more often on weekends. We usually go shopping in the city and find delicious local food to eat. Plus, getting anywhere is convenient as the location is perfect. For those who are interested, I recommend you to hurry as there are only a few units left.
