To get to the project by car, start from Jungceylon Shopping Center and head south on Rat Utit 200 Years Road (towards Soi Charoen Sap) for 1.1 kilometers. At the intersection, turn right onto Route 4030 for 400 meters. When you reach another intersection, turn left and go straight for 2 kilometers. Turn left and drive for 180 meters and turn right again. Continue for 200 meters; you will reach Viva Patong.

Viva Patong is very well positioned where lush jungle and crystal clear beaches are all nearby. The rooms are designed so that regardless of where you look your likely to see relaxing views. Some facilities are still being finalised and once finished will make it even more desirable. With Patong nightlife, shops and restaurants only a 5 min drive away or a 15- 20 minute walk away makes Viva’s location one of its strong points. Surrounded by beautiful resorts and diverse views, makes Viva Patong a beautiful relaxing place to visit or call home.
And hidden gem surrounded by beaches and jungle..

If you want to live where the action is but don’t want to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle. Viva Patong is just that place. Where beaches are only a walking distance away and Bangla Road is only a five minute drive or 15 minute walk.

I want to recommend this place to anyone who wants to find excellent accommodation in Patong for both the long term and short term. This place comes with completed facilities in the perfect location, close to the beaches and Jungceylon shopping center. The staff is fantastic, very professional. The room is new, bright and gives a stunning view of the sea. The balcony is also quite big and has lots of parking spaces. Comfortable! The surrounding atmosphere is quiet because most of them are five-star hotels, not crowded at all. Super private!

The condo is near Patong Beach within 5 kilometers. You can also ride a motorbike around Patong comfortably. With the pleasant condo atmosphere, it gives a sense of relaxation and could spend leisure time comfortably. My family and I are impressed here because of the modern design. The room is so beautiful, luxuriously and premium decorated. With its prime location of Patong, it is easy to go everywhere, without worrying about anything as it is convenient. Close to many popular beaches and tourist attractions!!
