To get to the project by car, you can start from Thao Thep Kasattri Monument roundabout and head southeast on Si Sunthon Road. Continue driving straight through Baan Manik, Baan Suan Yu Charoen, and continue straight until you reach the traffic light intersection. Then turn right onto Ban Don-Cherngtalay Road and go straight for about 450 meters; you will see the intersections. Wait for traffic lights and drive straight on the lagoon road. As with all banyan tree properties, it comes with great services as a free shuttle bus to all Lagoona hotels. There is a foreign supermarket walking distance, a beach with sunbeds and a shower within walking distance, a 50-bath shuttle to the villa market, and a 100-bath shuttle to Patong and Floresta - centers of fun and tourist life. The planning and design is smart (we have 3 bedrooms). i had to make a slight renovation in 2023, but generally super happy with Cassia residence. You have security everywhere and personnel is friendly.

It's one of the condominium projects from Banyan Tree, which makes me satisfied during the holiday. Every time I visit Phuket, I always realize hotels and villas in the Laguna Phuket. There are many various residences to choose from. At this time, I prefer the new condominium called "Cassia Residence Phuket." It is for both living and investing, and we can either rent or buy it. Its location is so beautiful, close to a large lake and Bangtao Beach. Residents can take the shuttle boat service in front of the condo as the boat will collect the guests every 20 minutes. It's very convenient to go to the beach. Also, there a private beach and sunbeds as well. In the Cassia Residence Phuket, there is an excellent service from the staff, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are ready to serve the residents every time. In the evening, we can swim and experience the sunset. It is also very convenient to go to the outside because there is a shuttle bus to the shopping venues and nearby tourist attractions. It is 800 meters close to restaurants, bars, massage and spa shops,
